"anything you want baby." jeongguk mumbled into taehyung's fluffy black hair as he stood behind the smaller boy.
"anything?" taehyung asked, turning his head slightly to face jeongguk, unsure if he was actually allowed to. jeongguk nodded in response, smiling so his bunny teeth were on display. the younger of the two smiled widely before looking around the candy store happily, still unsure of what he wanted.
they spent a few minutes in the store, taehyung still contemplating what he wanted. he came to the final decision of getting ice cream, one cone of strawberry ice cream and the other of cookies and cream. the sever began to make taehyung's order, smiling as she watched the young boy stare at her work through the glass. she eventually finished and handed taehyung his ice cream and change. the boy bowed and mumbled a quiet ' thank you ' before rushing out to his boyfriend, two ice cream cones in one hand; and the change in the other.
"jeoggu!" taehyung giggled as he returned the change to jeongguk, who had his hand out.
"thank you baby." jeongguk looked at the two cones in taehyung's hands. " baby, you do know you could get two scoops on just one cone right?"
"y-yeah, but i uhm wanted to get jeoggu one." taehyung replied, blush obvious on his cheeks, eyes cast down to the ground. jeongguk felt his heart swell with happiness at the thought of his baby buying ice cream for him. he placed a kiss on top of taehyung's head, the hairs tickling his nose.
"thank you baby, that's very sweet." jeongguk smiled, taking the cone taehyung held out to him.
"remembered how much you liked cookies 'n cream so..." taehyung mumbled trailing off into silence.
"you're such a good boy for me, you know that?" the praise slipped from jeongguk's lips, causing taehyung to blush even more.
"try to be." taehyung glances up, smiling at jeongguk with a closed mouth. jeongguk felt his heart skip a beat as he smiled down at the younger male. he held out his hand for the boy, who eagerly grabbed it, and intertwined their fingers; walking back to their car.
"i think it's time to go home and do some homework." jeongguk smiled softly, hating the idea of taehyung having to do more school work.
"but-but i don't wanna." taehyung huffed staring at the cars driving by, through the car window.
"i know baby but you have to." jeongguk frowned, petting the back of taehyung's neck. taehyung nodded in response slowly finishing his ice cream.
"i only have a little bit, finished most of it earlier." the boy mumbled quietly, glancing at jeongguk; who smiled at him.
"hmm, then why don't we get home, quickly finish it and then we can play some board games?" jeongguk offered, chuckling at the way taehyung's eyes lit up.
"twister?" the boy asked, eyes full of hope.
"anything you want baby." jeongguk smiled, rubbing his and taehyung's nose together.
