It was nine in the morning when he made it to an abandoned barn, he had set the young woman down on a table he would use for his victims and went to work on sewing a body together. Once or twice he would take a moment to breath in her scent, it was soothing and oh so sweet, something he had never smelled before. Now that he thought of it, he never did take the time to admire her.

Setting his needle and thread down on the old creaky table, he walked over to her, looking at her like a child looks at a new pet. He stroked her hair with his slender clawed hands, admiring the soft brown locks with interest. The creature made sure not to touch her skin with his sharp claws. It was odd, bit he couldn't afford to place even a tiny scar on her perfect face.

Paloma let out a groan, slowly sitting up and letting out a loud yawn. After yawning, the young woman opened her blurred eyes to see a silhouette of a man touching her hair. He was blurry, but his skin looked to be a greyish green and his hair was unkempt and grey. Paloma closed her eyes and rubbed them, opening her eyes to only to have her stomach sink in utter horror . The woman quickly slapped him, pushing herself off the table to only fall into his arms. She persisted in shoving and scratching him as if he was killing her at that very moment . The creature growled and set her back on the table, only for her to push against him. He placed a hand on her shoulder and pressed down on her pressure points. It wasn't enough force to knock her out, but it was enough to get her to stop. Paloma shoved him once more before giving him a look of defiance

¨You deserved it!...I hate heights...¨ She hissed, only for him to stare at her with annoyance.

¨sinverguenza!¨ she mutters.

He hissed.

¨Don't you hiss at me!¨

The creature hissed once more and pinned her down, sniffing her neck and giving it another lick. After two horrible minutes he let go of her and returned to his task at hand sewing the body up and working on another while the phonograph played 'Jeepers Creepers'. Paloma listened to the music, her mind wandering back to when he whistled that same tune. She looked to the side to see a knife resting on top of a journal with a pencil, slowly she reached for it, hiding the knife in her skirt and looking at the drawings.

There was a drawing of the creature, a human was beside it holding...no, cradling something small...

Paloma gasped and backed away, only to fall onto the ground, the creature turned its head in confusion. He looked at the book on the table and back to Paloma, he then let out a chuckle, knowing what she had discovered. He had been sketching out designs for his newest knife when he had absentmindedly drawn out what represented a woman and newborn. True, he had wanted offspring for quite some amount of time, but he never found the right time or person...until a few hours ago. The woman in front of him had the right qualities, she was feisty, kept to herself... smelled comforting. Qualities needed in the future mother of his children...

He walked over to her, helping her up and tilting her chin up to look in her eyes. She was uncomfortable, frightened, and slightly disgusted. ¨Let go of me...¨ Paloma whispered, he tilted his head in confusion ¨Let go of me!!!¨

She demanded in a slightly louder tone, tears forming in her eyes as she shoved him off. He screeched and grabbed his hat, walking away and shutting the barn doors behind him. Paloma listened as the engine of the creatures truck started and faded, she could run...but he would find her again and do who knows what. The young woman decided to just get more rest, she would need it if she was going to stay awake for a while.

The Creeper had driven to a popular secluded place where teenagers loved to hang around, a drive in theater! He left his truck a small ways away and flew to a tree.

¨...you never gave me pearls!¨

¨I thought you didn't care about things like that.¨

¨I lied, every woman loves pearls!¨

The Creeper turned his attention to the actors on screen, his head tilted a bit as he kept watching. Maybe...just maybe if he could woo her...she would be willing to produce offspring for him. After taking mental notes and watching the movie he waited for the stupid people to be alone, thankfully it took twenty minutes. He grinned as two teens sat alone, completely unaware of their fate.
