(Fade in on the 24k Jewelry store, after-hours. Cut to a display case. The jewelry being to glow and float. Sam pokes her head in to take a peek.)

Sam: And I thought the merchandise is flying off the shelves is just an expression. (Comes in and fires a couple of ecto-blasts at them.) Of course I think it's a little ridiculous to get these over expensive junk. (Four ghosts appear as they are zapped, two male and two female.) Woah! Who are you guys? (One male, a dwarf, jumps on Sam's shoulders and pulls on his mouth then covers his eyes.) Hey! I'm not a hat person! Especially if the hat is a dwarf! (throws dwarf ghost off, dwarf crashes into a case and sets off the alarm, Sam tries to leave and runs into the other male, who is much MUCH larger.) Okay, all things considered, maybe the tiny hat guy was better.

Large ghost grabs Sam with one fist and throws her toward a female, eye-patched, who stretches herself across two columns, making slingshot across the room. Sam opens her eyes and the other female, a tattooed ghost, reveals herself to be covered in tattoos, which come alive and attack Sam. Sam powers up and fires and ecto shock wave that blows all the tattoo creatures into the other ghosts.

Sam: You know, it's ghosts like you that give ghosts like me a bad name. And I am constantly trying to make the world a better place.

Sirens are heard and a police cruiser pulls up in front of the store. The tattooed ghost collects her tattoos, and she and the other ghosts phase through the ceiling, dropping their jewelry on Sam, which the two officers see when they bust in.

Cop 1: Freeze Betty-Boo!

Sam: Although it's hard to come up with a worse name than that. (phases through the floor, leaving the jewelry on the floor)

Cop 2: Hey. Want to take this stuff and blame the ghost kid?

Cop 1: (sigh) You're under arrest.

Cop 2: Awww…

(Theme song)

Danny is sleeping soundly until a shaft of light hits his face.

Maddie: Good morning, sunshine! And how do we greet the brand new day?

Jack: With a smile on your face and an attitude of gratitude!

Danny: (wraps pillow around head) I'm dreaming or the world has gone crazy.

Maddie: The world isn't crazy and you're not dreaming. Danny, sweetie Jazz thought that we should take into your life more or you would end up as a minimum wage worker in the future. So what do you want to do today after school?

Jack: I can teach you how to fix up a broken car.

Danny: I’m actually going to be hanging out with Sam and Tucker. We kinda made plans already.

Maddie: They can join or we could join.

Danny: I'll don't think that's a good idea you wouldn't understand what's going on.

Woman on TV: Up next, is your teenage son secretive, closed off, is he making plans and not telling you what they are?

(Danny blinks and glances at his parents, who glare suspiciously at him.)

Woman on TV: Take an active interest in your child. Know who his friends are. Learn to recognize a bad influence when it walks in your door.

(Sam comes in through the door with CDs.)

Sam: Hey Danny, I got that space CD you wanted.

(Danny's parents glare at Sam.)

Sam: What? Oh and Tucker wants us to listen to "My Parents Reek"? He says that, that cut rocks!
