Forbidden Fruit

Prologue

I never thought how my life would be without some kind of fruit. Don't get me wrong I love fruit but have you ever watched yourself take a bite of forbidden fruit and that was then your favorite bite of all fruits. Well, if you haven't take a look at my life as I go deeper and deeper of trying to get another bite of that forbidden fruit.

Now of course my life starts rough but then my man, The not only but first. Amir Jefferson aka Aj, my formal thug has brought me the world. And we together as a power couple rock it together, we are at the top.

Of course living in a small city.

Now Cantrell is a different story.. He is why Amir my love isn't my only.. have you guessed it? Yes me and Cantrell are very good friends.. with benefits. I would be lying if I said I don't have feelings for Cantrell beside I know, that soon I'm going to have to get away, drop him for good.

Well this is pretty much how stuff goes down with Cantrell when I tell him that we can't do this thing between us anymore.

I was a junior in high school known as a 'nerd'. I was shy, quiet I didn't have that much friends except for Jessie. We are friends to this day. Out shopping just walking around we heard someone yell after us from behind us Jessie turned around I didn't. I grabbed her

"Why would you turn around?!" I whispered trying to speed walk.

"Girl you better turn around they fine and still behind us." She laughed,

I hesitated on looking back but when I did I saw a group of men.. they had gold long chains hanging from their necks diamond rings on their pinky finger and other fingers they looked way too grown they looked like....hustlers.

"Girl no they look way too grown for us." I told her shaking my head, one thing with Jessie is that she didn't care. She just love to explore new things; new people.

"Aye little mamas slow down.. let me talk to y'all." We heard one say and all of a sudden Jessie stopped walking and I turned around which they was already caught up and right in front of our faces. I rolled my eyes and crossed my arms,

"Girl it can't be that bad." Jessie said

"Yeah it's not.. not at all." One of them said rubbing his palms together licking his lips checking out Jessie.

"Nobody asked you." I said smartly.

"Damn shawty, you too pretty to be having a attitude." One; the one in front of me said whom had waves, very tall compared to me and has fit sexy pink lips with brown skin. I smirked at him while I checked him out he had nice swag. He then winked at me so I looked away at our surroundings. People was walking past us staring.

"Y'all wasting time what do y'all want?"

"I want ya' friend here."

"But we don't even know you guys," Jessie said

"And y'all look way too old for us anyway." I added

"This is my home boys babyface, Dimo, Palace, and I'm Aj." Aj in front of me said.

"Say how old are y'all?" Babyface said

"Shit.. what's y'all names?" Palace said in front of Jessie

"I'm Jessie and this is my best friend Tameka."

"Tameka.." Aj said and I started to blush a little looking down trying to look irritated as possible.
