I woke up feeling a little strange but then I turned over and knew exactly why. Cantrell was right in my face sleeping besides me. I sat up, wondering how'd Cantrell knew I flew out here and wondered if he knew about the proposal yet being that's it's all over social media.

I then happened to notice my engagement ring wasn't on my finger. I started to panic going into the living room to see if I sat it on the table  or maybe fell on the couch.

I was worried. Being completely childish losing my ring I wanted to cry at this point. I suddenly jumped up when I heard Cantrell, "Your looking for this?" He held up the 150k diamond ring

I stood there in shock but I also felt a relief I wasn't expecting him to show me the engagement ring i've been trying to hide from him "We keeping secrets now?" He started "Is this why you was ignoring me??" He questioned "You said yes?" I watched as he started to tense up because of anger. I couldn't bring myself to speak I was still in shock of getting caught, this way.

Cantrell started to walk up on to me. I started to get scared looking at him like I can see him blow smoke from his nose like a bull. If anything, I did not want to see him angry. Things gets real ugly when he's angry. "You lied to me." He said lifting my chin up. "That nigga wasn't suppose to propose I was!" He shouted as he threw a ring. I looked at him  confused and surprised "Yeah, you were suppose to be mine Tameka!"

"We aren't together what else do you expect me to do?!" I say

"You knew how I felt about you!" He shouted at me, still angry like I could see steam coming from his nose

"Your just on the side Cantrell! Always been on the side, he always came first you knew that from when we first met."

He didn't respond after that.

Cantrell then walked behind me and picked up the ring he brought me to propose. He then stood over me looking me in the eyes putting the ring on my finger "Your always going to be mine. I'm never on the side." He whispered then walked away, leaving my room.

I threw myself on the couch huffing loudly stressed about the whole situation. I didn't know what to do. No matter how bad I want him out the picture he's always gonna be there, no matter what. It's starting to get dangerous being that Cantrell is trying to take Amir's spot.   I took the ring off and remember that Cantrell took the engagement ring Amir bought me. Fuck. I thought to myself knowing he did that on purpose I knew there was no getting that ring back.

I jumped up from the knock on the door. I go to it hoping it was Cantrell giving the ring back.   I open it to see Issac.

"Good morning sweetie, breakfast will be ready in the next forty five minutes." Issac spoke smiling looking at me up and down.

"Um thank you." I said and closed the door politely in his face, only because he was giving weird vibes. I proceeded to my room to look for an outfit and just then I heard my phone ring. Looking at the contact name happy because it's my man.

"Hey daddy." I said smiling into the phone

"Heyyyy glad you answered soon to be wife is it?"  my smile immediately faded once I noticed it wasn't Amir talking on the phone
