Hallway Kisses (Len x Kaito)

The two boys didn't even study. Until Yuuma came, that is.

"Hey guys! Sorry about being late and all." Yuuma placed his backpack on a chair.

"It's alright," Kaito smiled, looking Len back in the eyes.

Len couldn't stop blushing. He was tingly all over. The semi-seductive looks from Kaito weren't helping, either.

To get his mind off of the steaming hot dude sitting across from him, Len focused on reading a boring textbook.

But the thick, confusing words weren't helping. He imaged Kaito kissing him and dragging his fingers along his neck, and-

"Hey, Len! Are you studying or daydreaming?" Yuuma joked, tapping on Len's head.

"Huh?" Len yelped. His shoulders slunk from embarrassment. Oh hell no, now Kaito was laughing his starry, boyish laugh.

"Len, we should go out sometime!" Kaito's grinned.

On a date? Or- or just out to go somewhere?

"Wh...what?" Len cocked his head and scratched the back of his scalp agressively.

"You know...like on a date?"

Yuuma was smirking, burying his head in his hands. He was also mumbling something, but Len couldn't tell. His mind was waaay to flustered.

What the hell was Kaito thinking? Although he was really cute, why would he ask anyone out right next to another guy?

The thing was, Len wanted to go on a date with Kaito. He wanted Kaito in general.

"Yes." Len said without hesitation. I'm doing this for myself, Len thought. For me.

"What?" Yuuma threw his head back in laughter. "What's going on?"

"Len and I are going out on a date." Kaito looked at his friend with excited eyes. "Right, Len?"

Len nodded in shock. Well, now that Yuuma knew that he was about as straight as a wet noodle, there really was nothing to worry about.

Later that night, Kaito texted Len wondering if he wanted to go off campus with him.

Len had already explained to Yuuma his "sexuality complications" and such after they came back from studying at the library.

"I could care less if you were homo or the average straight kid." Yuuma chewed on his pencil, spinning around in his chair. "I just don't think it's safe to be dating a senior. My opinion, but yanno."

"I know, I know. I really, really like him." Len hugged his pillow with hot, red cheeks.

"Hey, since you're gay and all, do you find me attractive?" Yuuma said in a whisper-voice.

"Do you want me to punch you?" Len growled in a playful tone. He threw his pillow down to hit Yuuma on the head.

"Ow, I'm just asking a question!"

(Time skip!)

Len agreed to go off campus with Kaito.

Maybe it wasn't super safe, but Len was too love struck to say no.

Len met Kaito around 7 at the main entrance for the academy.

"Hey Len." Kaito grinned.

"U-uh! Hi, what's up?!" Len stammered cheesily.

"Ah, nothing." Kaito replied, staring up at the cloud streaked sky.

Len really wanted to confess to kaito about how good he looked. The way the mid-evening light hit his face drove him wild. Or maybe it was the way his scarf bent. Or maybe it was just him as a whole.
