After lots of debating, Melissa and Violet were now trying to talk to that mysterious voice that had spoken to them earlier.
"You guys were calling me?"
Melissa jumped back, startled, but calmed down after she realised it was that same voice.
"How do we get out of the afterlife?" Violet asked, ignoring what the voice said.
"The door," the voice responded, with at hint of disappointment in it.
"What door-" Violet was interrupted with a tap on her shoulder.
Melissa pointed at the white door that was clearly illuminated with light around it.
"Well, not my fault I didn't see it," Violet responded, obviously defeated.
"Anyways, thanks for the help mysterious voice," said Melissa as she dragged Violet towards the door.
"Remember, one week! " the voice called out after them, but it was no use, as the two had already left.
"Well, good luck to them, " the voice said, then no more sound was heard, and the room was quiet.
