A little about me, I've been working in the MIA for awhile and I was excited when they told me I was being transferred to Atlanta. There was so much going on there, I knew there would be nice cases waiting for me. I drove to the office and there was already a meeting set up with Detective Antoine Reid, my new boss.

Detective Reid: Glad you could make it. Please take a seat.

I sat down across from him.

Detective Reid: Rozonda Thomas am I correct?

Me: This is she.

Detective Reid: You came at the perfect time. A spot opened up in one of our biggest cases. We lost an officer a few months ago, and her partner needs someone to work with. I decided that with your excellent record, you were the best for the spot.

I nodded while he took out a file folder and handed it to me.

Detective Reid: There are a lot of scams and there is a huge crime scene waiting to be uncovered in our celebrity scene. We believe Miss Perry, also know as Pebbles is behind it all.

I read the file and saw the list of celebrities that went missing.

Me: So what do you want me to do?

Detective Reid: I need you and your new partner to go undercover as rising celebrities and get to the bottom of this. You think you're up for the job?

Me: You got it.

He shook my hand.

Detective Reid: Alright then. Welcome to the team, you can call me LA Reid. Be here tomorrow to meet your new partner.

Me: Sure thing.

LA Reid: You are dismissed.

I took the file and left his office. Seems like things were already off to a good start.
