Prologue

I never believed in love nor in happy endings. I was once a toddler who believed they truly exist but nonetheless I knew deep within me there is a part who says what if...

What if Love exists and I haven't found it yet?

What if I Love already passed my way and I am just too stubborn to admit it?

What if I had already loved and not even knowing it?

What if Love has not found me yet?

What if there really is a happy ending in this cruel world we live in?

What if I am just in denial or just plain insane?

Can it be that I love the wrong person who won't even take a chance on me? Am I this stupid? Or will this pay out in the end?

So as you can see I am delusional and weird. I hate to say this but you shouldn't read this story because I will just get hated and stuff, but mostly because this story makes no sense and epically boring.

Don't say I haven't warned you. So if you're still interested in this lame story then let's begin shall we?

Chapter 1 : The University and all its conflicts.

The sun was as radiant as ever. Emitting sunrays that made the atmosphere outside warm yet humid. It was summer after all. Children outside are busy playing on the streets, there were no honking of vehicles except for that catchy tune of an ice cream truck passing by. It is a wonderful day.

Dylan was eating on the table alone with a note stuck on a flower vase on the side saying "Sorry, for not coming with you on your interview. I have an urgent meeting and your dad is still somewhere in the Pacific. So, your cousin Darla will come and pick you up and assist you later. Hope you'll eat a heavy breakfast and good luck may be with you. Love always, -M". Dylan look at his eggs and bacons with ease and poke the yolk of the egg and it oozes with yellow liquid. He never liked his eggs half cook, he wants the yolk to be firm and solid rather than liquid. Bacon is one of the guilty pleasures he enjoys in life, screw cholesterol he always say. After eating his breakfast and drinking a glass of orange juice, he took a well deserve bath, he opens the shower and let the cold water run to his perfect tanned skin. He took a big dab of shampoo and cleans his hair. Half way through his bath, the doorbell rang. It must be Darla, he figured. He used the liquid soap as he always does when in rush and just apply it to the skinny torsos of his body. In a few minutes, he's done and now walking through the stairs to answer the doors with just a towel on.

"Dylan Vincent Cole! You have the nerve to keep such a fine lady such as myself waiting for a crude Tarzan like you. Get ready so that we can cheerio." Darla said in a fake British accent.

"Just stay here in the couch and would you stop doing that fake accent, it is starting to piss me off." Dylan said in a voice between irritation and matter of factly. He went on his bedroom; pick out the first shirt on his closet, pants and his favorite converse sneakers. He sprays his perfume a mixture of mild men musk and some fragrance of flower around his body and looks in the mirror if he needs shaving while touching his chin feeling the small stubs that are growing. As he descends from the stairs, he saw Darla fighting boredom by eating all the chocolates in the Dylan's secret stash.

"Darla, would you mind telling me why are you eating my moonshines?" He said in a calm voice.

"I am hungry and I wouldn't thought that you get dress that quickly. Someone must be excited for his interview." Darla said in an amuse tone.

"If am not in a good mood today, I might struck wrath on you in so many levels even fifty shades of Leila wouldn't compare. Your stomach couldn't decipher the difference between boredom and hunger. So shall we go now, before you gobble up all of my precious?" Dylan looked at Darla with a sharp look to let her feel he means it. Darla let go of the box of chocolates and slid it under the couch where it is usually hidden against the eyes of her mother and his little devil sister Grandine. His older sister Maxine knows of this stash but never pry into them because she's afraid she'll get addicted to chocolates again and gain pounds of fat. Darla raise her eyebrow and said :
