After recollecting myself,
Fixing my emotions.
Alistair looked at me and spoke,
" I love you Ruth, but don't keep me away from my child. To find you, I had to travel miles to get hear. Now would you think it would be fair for you to rob me of the opportunity of seeing my bundle of joy?""Bundle of joy!" I screamed at him, "you didn't think about him when u said I do? What is it now that made you want him too?"
"I've learnt my mistake, and I fixed it. I'm no longer married, for my heart knows what it wants. It was hard for my mom to accept it. But she did. Now I came looking for you and my kid. I want you to come home Ruth. We can be together again. I can make it up to you. Give me one last chance."
With that he laid back Aliston down, and came in front of me and kneeled on the ground. And what he asked turned my frown around.
"For better or worst, till death do us part. Will you make me happy my mending my heart?"
In his hand was a ring, a small handcuff of love. And if it wasn't for the love within, I might have not made him win.
"Yes, I will marry you!"
