~The next day~

I woke up to the sound of knocking at my door. I rubbed my eyes as I got up tiredly. I walked over to my door, opening it and saw Ruby and Nixie already dressed.

I quickly realized that we were starting school today and ran back to my bed and grabbed my outfit. I then ran back to my door closing it so I could change.

After I got dressed, I walked out of my room and downstairs where The King, Nixie, and Ruby were waiting for me.

"Ready to go?" The King asked. We all nodded. "Alright let's go. One of the guards was able to get us a regular looking vehicle so we don't look suspicious."

The King started walking towards the vehicle and we followed. Two guards were on both sides of  the vehicle holding the doors open. Nixie and Ruby got in on the same side and I got in on the other side.

The guards then closed the door and one of them got into the front seat. The King started the vehicle and we started driving to our new school. I tried so hard not to jump in my seat.

~At the school~

When we arrived, the guard opened his door but the King grabbed onto his shoulder signaling to not open the door for us. The guard nodded and the King looked back at me, Ruby, and Nixie.

"Are you girls going to be okay?" We nodded. "Okay good. I'm just worried something bad will happen to you here or while your not at the castle." "Its only for like 7 hours right? At least that's what I've heard." Ruby asked looking out the window.

"From who?" The King asked sounding shocked. "I looked it up." Ruby answered. The King sighed and turned back around. "I'll have one of the guards come to get you when you girls get out."

The three of us quickly got out of the vehicle and started walking. "Wait." We all heard. We turned around and looked back at the King.

"H-have a.... Great day girls." The three of us smiled and started walking again into the building.

When we got inside, we had no idea what to do. There were people around our age everywhere. And we didn't know a single one of them.

Just then a girl came up to the three of us. She had green hair that was about the same length as Nixie's just a little bit shorter.

"Are you girls lost?" We nodded. "Ah okay. So you guys are newbies. Don't worry I'll show you guys to the office to get your schedule." We smiled as she started walking. We followed.

We soon stopped in front of a door that said office next to it. The girl opened the door and held it opened for the three of us. We all walked inside.

A lady who was sitting behind the desk looked up and saw all of us. She stood up and a smiled formed on her face.

"Why hello Ivy. Who are these ladies?" "Hi Ms. Rosa. They're new here so I showed brought them here to get their schedules."

"Oh how nice of you. Hello girls. I'm Ms. Rosa. And your names are?" She started going through some papers.

"Ruby." Mr. Rosa kept looking through the papers until she pulled one out and handed it to Ruby. "Lucky for you, there's no one else in this school named Ruby." Ruby took the paper and looked at it.

"And yours?" Ms. Rosa looked at Nixie. "I'm Nixie." She had a soft smile on her face. "That's a very beautiful name." Ms. Rosa said taking out a piece of paper and handing it to Nixie. She then looked at me.

"And your name?" She asked still looking at me. "O-oh um.... Its E-echo." I stuttered like crazy.  Ms. Rosa looked through the papers but couldn't find mine. "That's odd. I can't find your name."

"She can come with me to my classes." Ivy said smiling and hooking her arm with mine. "Are you ok with that Echo?" Ms. Rosa asked me. I nodded.

"Okay good. I'll talk to the principal about making your schedule." I nodded again. "Alright well head to class girls. The bell is about to ring in a few minutes." We all nodded and walked out the office. Ivy's arm is still hooked to mine. Im not sure why but I didn't say anything.

"Let me see your schedule Ruby." Ivy held out her hand and Ruby handed Ivy her schedule. "Aww we don't have the first two classes. But we have the third one, lunch and last class together." Ivy handed Ruby her schedule back.

"Can I see yours?" Ivy asked looking at Nixie. She handed her her schedule and Ivy looked at it. "We have the same second hour, lunch, fourth, and sixth hours together." "We have seven classes??" Ruby asked shocked.

"Yes silly. But don't worry. They go by pretty fast and some of the classes are really fun." Ivy smiled at Ruby. But Ruby just rolled her eyes. "Hmmm. Well I show you guys to your classes since you guys have the same first hour. Follow me."

Ivy started walking while pulling me with her as Ruby and Nixie followed. We then stopped in front of a door that had the number '503' on it. I'm guessing it's the class number. "This is your guys class. Mine and Echo's are just down the hall at 517."

Nixie and Ruby nodded and Ivy started pulling her with me again. "Good luck!" Ivy shouted at both of them before they walked into the classroom. Then Ivy and I made it to room '517. I look through the window and saw lots of other kids around my age.

I started to get extremely nervous and tried walking away from the door but Ivy pulled me to her. "Its okay. Everyone here is really nice. You'll make friends in this class easily." Ivy smiled at me causing me to smile a little. I nodded my head and Ivy went to open the door to the classroom.

My heart started to beat rapidly again when we stepped inside. Everyone's eyes were on me and I froze in place. "We got a new student guys! This is Echo. She's my new friend so you all better be nice to her." I blushed like crazy and looked down so my hair covered my face.

"Wait, your name's actually Echo?" I heard a male voice ask. I looked up and nodded. "That's cool." I looked at the boy who said that. He had short blond hair and brown eyes. I smiled at him. "Thank you."

"Did you dye your hair white?" A girl asked. She had black hair that were in two ponytails. I shook my head. "I was born with this hair color." "Oh okay. Its really pretty." "Thank you."

"Welcome to our class Echo. You can have a seat next to Ivy since the person who sits there isn't here today. Or is probably late." I noddedy head and walked with Ivy to our seats. 'I might actually like today.' I thought to myself.
