A/N-This takes place during the Key of the Starry Heavens, Grand Magic Games, and the Eclipse Celestial Spirits Arcs. If I have written those, it wouldn't have made any sense. Sorry to disappoint you guys! And for all you Lisanna haters, you don't have to read this chapter if you don't want to!

"Hey Y/N," Lisanna said, as she walked by, handing me a bowl of rice, "going on any quests recently?"

"Nah," I said, gratefully taking it from her, "Not yet. I had to talk with Master and Macao for a bit about the developments of Fairy Tail, and get used to being back in Magnolia."

I wasn't lying. Once we got back from Tenrou Island, everyone was glad we're back, including me as well. They were surprised I was alive after all.

Afterward, I went with Master and Macao to see around our new/old guild hall: the castle. I was astonished to see it have grown so tall, after the Phantom Lord incident. Along the way, they talked to me about the things that happened to our guild during the past twelve years. I was surprised, I missed a lot! However, some things did not surprise me, like the potential fact that Zeref has awoken and is going to lay waste on Fiore.

I still couldn't picture the fact that he is evil. He seemed so kind, restoring my memories and giving me a pep-talk. I didn't hate him at all, but the others seemed to. Even when I told them about what he's done for me, they still don't believe he is a good person.

Anyways, Lisanna smiled. She bent down and whispered in my ear, "want to go on a decade quest together?"

"Sure, why not?" I said, "I mean, this can give you a lot of experience if you ever decide to make the decision of being S-Class."

"Thanks so much!" Lisanna said happily, "I'll pack, and we can leave in the morning!"

I nodded, then went to my room to pack. This trip will be very interesting.

We decided to choose the job that wants the wizard to save a town from an assault, and to rebuild a part of it as well. The town was called Ely, and it was surrounded by a beautiful scenery of forests and beaches, well at least that's what the flyer said. It was located in the South, so it was a pretty humid place.

It didn't lie, though. When we reached the town, the water seemed to be like a shiny sapphire, and the forests looked so majestic and tall. The sand was the color of diamonds. 'Beautiful,' was a mild way to put it.

Once we regained our breath, Lisanna and I went to find the town's mayor and grab a bite. The mayor welcomed us kindly and gave us a place to stay in one of the inns along the coast. We ate some seafood and decided to take a peek at the inn.

Despite the beautiful scenery, the inn seemed to be worn down from previous attacks. It was burnt, and the rooms' heating and cooling lacrima were broken, but we didn't mind. It was a small price for the big pay.

"10000000 jewels!" I cried when I first saw the flyer, "this is so much for a decade quest. We have to choose this one!"

Lisanna agreed, and here we are, assisting with the rebuilding of Ely. Lisanna helped with rebuilding, while I assisted with the defenses. It was a nice way to spend a couple of months.

"Too bad we'll miss the Grand Magic Games," she said wistfully, "I wanted to see them."

"Yeah, me too," I said, "but our friends will win this for sure!"

Connection through communication lacrima was pretty steep, so we decided to find out for ourselves when we get back how the guild did.

Our time spent at Ely was amazing. Whenever we weren't building or fighting, we connected with the villagers. One day, after about three months an a half, while we were eating at a local cafe, a boy ran up to me.

"Hey!" he said cheerfully, "I'm just wondering, are you guys part of Fairy Tail?"

"Yes," I answered, "why?"

"I want to be part of your guild when I grow up!"

I smiled at patted the child's head. "As long as you have the heart and soul, you'll always be part of Fairy Tail. What's your name anyway?"

"Archer Arrow."

"Well then, Archer, you could totally join us when you're older." Lisanna smiled at the boy. "I'm Lisanna, by the way, and she's Y/N."

"Wow, you guys are so famous! I want to be just like you guys when I grow up!" Archer went up to me and pressed an object in my hand. I looked at him, surprised. "Use this if you ever need help. One time only." Then he ran off.

"Hey!" I called, but he was already gone. "What is it?" asked Lisanna, coming over to see what was in my hand. "It looks like a mini locket," I observed. It was plain, nothing out of the ordinary. It was gold, with a few silver braces on it. I didn't open it, though. I didn't like the sound of 'one use only.'

Later at night, Lisanna and I were chilling in our room, when she asked, "how's your relationship with Gray?"

I sat up on the bed, wringing the end of my pajama shirt nervously. "Well," I said, "we didn't have too much interaction during the past few days. He was pretty busy doing things with his team."

"Well," she said, "just so you know, you two should totally hook up sometime!"

I stared at her, dumbfounded. "Why? I don't like him in that way."

"Sure." She smirked. "What about the almost-kiss on Tenrou?"

"How do you know about that?"

"Well, let's see. About everyone can see it. You should've seen the look on Juvia's face. She looked like-"

"Pure anger?" I interrupted, "like she's going to kill me in my sleep? Stab me in the back? Paint the wall with my blood?"

"Nah, she looked so happy!" She grinned cheekily, "I think she pairs you two together!"

"You know," I said, yawning, "you're starting to sound like your sister. We are in no way romantically involved!"

"Sure, sure," she teased, "whatever floats your boat."

I laid down, exasperated. Do all Strauss siblings act like this? Lisanna got onto the bunk above me and instantly passed out.

I, on the other hand, couldn't sleep, despite my exhaustion. I can only think of her words: you two should totally hook up sometime!

I thought about our argument, the real reason why we didn't talk.

Now, I'm wishing I had more words to say than just that. I wished our last talk wasn't an argument. I pictured his face, those dark blue eyes, the way his fair flows when it is windy...

Stop it, I scolded myself, you're playing into everyone's hands. I am so not in love!

I went to sleep that night, feeling uneasy.
