When she woke, she was setting in a empty, white room. "What? Where am I?"
"You're in the hospital, Ms. Vanover." A voice came from the door. The doctor made his way into the room.
"Seán? Is that you?" June says with a confused face.
"Seán? Oh you have lost a lot of blood, haven't you? I am Dr. Schneeplestein and you was brought in by some guy." He flips through the papers on his clipboard. "It says here that he refused to give his name. Just dropped you off and left..? You must have a guardian angel watching after you!" He smiles widely, the strong German accent was very evident.
"Wait? So your not Seán? Seán Mcloughlin?" she looked very perplexed. As she scaned the room once more she noticed a paper in a frame that says '100% Real Doctor' in big letters. "And do you even have a doctorates degree??" she asked worriedly.
"Yes, of course I do. That's just a little joke to lighten the mood! haha"
"It's worrying." June gives a small nervous smile.
"Well, to ease your mind, I do have a degree and a license. They are set on the desk behind you. So you're completely fine!" He smiles.
June lays back on the bed. Her hands up to her face. That's when she sees the bandages on her arm and remembers the night before. Who was that? Who brought me in here?
