#############

You are sitting on the jet with a book in your lap. You look next to you. Spencer sits next to you, reading the same book. Spencer looks over to your book, then at your face.

"The Columbian Orator?" he asks. "Yeah. It was the only book in the library that I haven't read," you say sheepishly. Spencer smiles.

"Same here. What's your favourite book?" he asks. You scrunch your face up, thinking. "Well, I prefer to read the Lord of the Rings trilogy, but any book's good enough for me," you say. "Isn't that a fantasy book?" Spencer asks. "Yeah. Well, fantasy books; but yes," you say.

"Do you have a favourite book, Spencer?" you ask. "Actually, I do. The Narrative of John Smith by Arthur Conan Doyle. It's a great read. You should definitely check it out," Spencer says. "I will. Have you read The Man who Mistook His Wife for a Hat by Oliver Sacks?" you ask.

"Do you have  a copy of it?" Spencer asks. You smile. "You know I do, Spence. I wouldn't tell you about it if I didn't have a copy of it on my person," you say, digging it out of your bag. Spencer opens his bag as well, pulling a copy of The Narrative of John Smith out.

You exchange books, smiling and observing the cover. You gently open the cover and observe the pages, admiring every letter, space, and punctuation mark. "Thanks Spence," you say. "No problem. You can keep that copy if you'd like. I have another copy in my desk at work," Spencer says. You laugh gently. "Same here," you say.

The team watch this exchange.

"Do you think they'll ever just admit that they like each other? It's so painfully obvious. Everyone knows it except them," Rossi says to Hotch. "They'll figure it out when Derek locks them in a room together or something," Emily says from behind Rossi.

Rossi chuckles. "We should record that, when it happens, of course," David says. "They're such bookworms," Derek says, walking up to David, Emily, JJ, and Hotch. The team agrees. "They're talking about books, exchanging books, and reading books. How much more bookwormy could they get?" Derek asks.

"I don't know, but it's painful to watch two people who like each other talk about books so passionately," David says. The rest of the team agrees; it's irritating.

"I'm going to do something about them," Derek says, smirking. JJ and Emily exchange a glance. They start laughing, calling the attention of Spencer and you in their direction. Their laughing stops abruptly, then quietly, they make a plan with Derek to get you and Spencer together.
