Eight: Brandi VS Mia

*Mia's P.O.V*

It was after the nomination ceremony and I saw that James has disappeared. Soon he came back and I looked at him, hoping he was okay. I could tell he was pissed off but was trying to hold it in.

"I'm making the taco meat," Brandi says.

"If I win this veto everyone's fucked," James says. Mark, James and I started laughing.

"Right," Mark says.  I was outside with  James. James's head was in my lap as they were talking. Soon Mark came out.

"Sup buddy," James says.

"Sup," Mark says.

Diary Room

Mark: So I walk out to the backyard to see James and Mia on the couch just chilling out. James says that he trusts her more and that we should as well, but I am not too sure, I shouldn't jump on that boat right now.

"Where's Chuck man?" Mark asked as I played with James's hair.

"Is he in the gym?" James asked.

"I think he's going into beast mode now," I said.

"Yeah?" James asked. I nodded.

"Man's gotta get some vengeance vine," Mark says. I smiled. "I wish I could read him a bit better. It's hard to read him."

"Yeah," James said.

"I still think he's mad at me too because he was ultimately right about going for the bags," Mark said.

"He probably would've been better odds changing the game maybe," James said.

"Either way, the same thing would've happened," I said.

"How do you know?" Mark asked.

"Because they told me," I said. "Yes, it would've been better odds Mark, but at the same time, those girls would've had the numbers and the odds in their favor. If Chuck didn't go after his bag, it would've been you and Metta up there. With Metta as the target."

Diary Room

Mia: I knew that either way, James was screwed. The only thing I should've expected was Chuck going for the bag because he has been telling me he hasn't felt safe in this house with the girls in power. I should've gone to him and told him, but instead, I told James.

"If you win, if you do, your back in the game without pissing anyone off. If Mia wins, your back in the game without pissing anyone off and people owe you favors James," Mark says.

"Mmhm," James says. He was enjoying the massage I was giving his head.

"What if I got the veto?" Mark asked him.

"If you use it on me, your still safe, like Mia, you can't be picked after that," James says.

"I'm telling you this, I'll use it on you," Mark says.

"You would?" James asked.

"Yeah there is no doubt," Mark says. "That's my word." Soon Mark left.

"Would you use it on me if you get picked?" James asked me.

"Hell yeah I would," I said. "My word is my word, but if I do win that veto you will see how much my word means." He smiles and I go back to rubbing his head. I get up and go inside. I get to the Hollywood Red Carpet room and changed.
