After the mall run with the group. I took a little nap before getting woken up by a call from Brandy. "What bitch" i said still half way sleep. "Bitch who yo long horn head ass talking to i was just calling to ask if you was still coming out cause Dantae keep calling me asking for you" we both laughed at her joke "Bitch i forget im about to get ready now" i said sitting up in my bed and rubbing my eyes. As much as i wanted to see him again i had already made plans with dantae and the girls.

After i finished my make up i called Brandy to see where he was. "We down the street Mi" she said. I grabbed my purse and made my way downstairs and outside. I got into the car to see Brandy and and her boyfriend in the backseat. "Hi brand" i said looking at her " Hi mi-" before she could finish her boyfriend started kissing her and rubbing her thigh. "Can yall get some alchol in yalls system before yall do that shit" Dantae said before pulling off and making his way to the club. "And a room at that" i added.
When we arrived we met up with cherish and her ex boyfriend. Even though they dont date they still close enough to be around eachother in public like their still a couple. Kind of like me and Dantae. But i dont see Dantae no more than a friend.
When we got into the club everybody got drinks but Brandy which was unlike her, but i brushed it off . I was getting tispy after my 3rd drink. I was dancing with cherish and Brandy while the boys sat down in the booth watching us. I instantly caught a attitude when i felt someone bump into me "Damn can you watch where you going" i said in the most meanful way i could.
"My bad ma i was jus-" he stopped talking when he looked at me. "Oh my god lace" "Studying huh?" He said looking at me and his gaws clenching. "Im-im sorry i was just coming to get a couple drinks" "What is you talking about? You can get drinks at the store" he said getting real aggitated at me. "You good Mior?" Cherish said "Mior?" He said I was speechless i didnt know what to say at that point. Before i knew it Dantae and the boys was behind me.
"Whats wrong Mi?" Dantae asked "She good homie she dont need you to check up on her" lace said "Nigga who is you? And who is your unknown ass talking too."Dantae said stepping up to lace. "But im pretty sure i wont be needing that i could beat yo pretty boy ass up by my lonesome" lace said smiling. Dantaes nostrols started to flare up.
"Can yall stop" i said while standing in between them. I pulled Dantae away towards the door, but i didnt get to far with him."niggas really be bitches in they own hood" lace lauged and said to Dantae. Dantae pushed me out the way and pulled out his gun and fired off shots. ●BOW●BOW●BOW●BOW●
Everybody in the club scattered including Dantae. Lace didnt hesitate to return fire. ●BOW●BOW●BOW●
I dunked for cover behind the bar. "HELP!!!" I heard a boy yell. After the shots stopped i stood up from my hiding spot to see one of my bestfriends bleeding in her boyfriends arms.
I was so in shock i couldnt move. I swear it felt like a bad dream i couldnt even speak. "BRAND!" i yelled and ran to her side sobbing. "Somebody call the police" i looked around the club to see 2 more people shot but they were moving other than that it was empty. "Brand please dont leave me baby" he said crying looking at her spitting out blood. "Brand please we need you" i said holding her hands in mines and crying like crazy. "I want to marry you baby you strong you got this please hold in until the police get here"he said while rubbing her hair.
"I-i-m pre-gnant" she said with her last breath and a tear scrolling down her eye. Her boyfriend looked at her in disbelief then looked at me. "She was pregnant" he said looking at me with his eyes watering. We let out cries once more until we heard police cars pulling up to the club. I looked around one more time to see we was the only people in the club. "Come on, Red" "she was pregnant Mi" "i know Red but we cant-" "i cant continue life without her espically knowing she was pregnant with my baby" he said rubbing her face "why didnt she tell me sooner we would of never came here" he said putting his head in his palms. "Red maybe she was scared to tell you" "Mi?" He said looking at me "yes" i said "you loved her right?" He said still sobbing "of course" i saod "well promise me youll take that nigga tae out for killing my baby mama and my kid" "Red stop talking like that" i said "Mi promise me!" He yelled "i promise" i said crying still. "make sure that nigga Tae suffer for killing my girl aka your bestfriend Mior" "what? Red dont talk like that please come on-" before i could finish he pulled his gun out and shot himself. ●BANG● . I heard police sirens in the distance so i knew it was time to go. I ran out the back door to see lace leaning on his car. I guess you can say he was waiting for me. I was so hurt i just wanted to be in his arms. I had just met him but it felt like i knew him my whole life. I had a soft spot for this boy not even 24 hours.
"Lace" i said running into his arms and crying. "Im sorry its my fault, this whole night was my fault" i said hugging him as tight as i could. His warm arms made me feel safe and comfortable. "Its not your fault ma, everything happens for a reason. Let me take you home before the ops come and we be involved in some shit" he said hugging me tight and kissing my forehead. "Okay" i said while we let go of eachother and got into his car and sped off.
