I was playing catch with my sister Casey when my step mom Reena came over and slapped me.

"Don't ever come near her again you useless girl!" she yelled at me, while I cried.

"Mommy, we were just playing." Casey said to her mom.

"She is a filthy half breed, stay away from her." Reena said, Casey just nodded and shot me a sad look.

I sat out side on the ground till I pulled out my sketch book and turned to a page where I drew a picture if a small fairy.

"I wish you were real." I said to the picture.

Them the picture began to glow and a little fairy popped out. She flew around me for a while before returning to the drawing, I just stared in awe. Then a voice inside my head told me 'Prepare for your spirit animal.' Then a black widow appeared in my hand.

She said that she would be my best friend and take care of me, for ever and ever.
