It didn't make sense. I know what getting shot feels like, but I felt nothing. It didn't make any sense....Until I hear a heavy *thud* behind me. Within seconds Jake is next to me. I feel fingers trying to pry the edges of the tape off.

(Y/N): "Just do it."

Jake: "Holy shit!"
Something didn't sound right. It still sounded like Jake was on the other side of the room. I felt a blinding pain across my face as the tape was ripped off. When I was able to open my eyes again, I didn't see Jake in front of me. He was tied to a chair, his jacket hanging on the back of it. His face and arms were so bruised and bloodied. I looked back at whoever was in front of me...and I couldn't believe my eyes.

(Y/N): "Alex?"

Alex: "I'm sorry! I don't know why I did all that, I'm so fuckin' sorry!"
He cut the ropes around my wrists and helped me to my feet.

(Y/N): "But, Luca said that-"

Alex: "Luca, was all bark and no bite. Unless it comes to physical combat."

(Y/N): "Thank you, I'm sorry too. If you honestly loved Analyse, I should've found another way out."

Jake: "HEY! Sorry to break up the 'I-fucked-up' party, but can one of you untie me!?!"

(Y/N): "Jake!"
I ran over to him, putting a hand on the right side of his face. His right eye was swollen shut, his nose and mouth were beyond bloodied. There were even bruises on his throat.

Jake: "Now that's a sight for sore eyes. Or eye right now. Are you alright?"

(Y/N): "Been better. That cheek of yours needs a stitch though."

Jake: "Well, since the undercover thing didn't happen, up for playin' a little doctor?"

(Y/N): "I'm set when you are."
He nodded, leaning his weight on me. looks like I'm not the only one with a few messed up ribs.

Jake: "Set."
