Everything is just a bit difficult without you.
My vision is cloudy and I can't make things out right.
Trees or words are distorted and hard to discern and I lose sense of detail.
You're made to correct me- cure my defects for a short time
And then you're gone.
When I first met her, I was young and didn't like her.
She gave me a headache if I was with her for too long
And other kids would make fun of us.
A couple years ago I replaced her.
Someone more qualified came around
She made my world clearer, crisp.
I could see everything in high definition.
I love you wholly
And I'm grateful for what you grant me.
I see things with a clarity that I don't have
Everything is still a bit blurry without you,
But when I am with you I realize how much better off I am seeing the world
Through you
