Nightmares and Breakfast

“So do you have crush on him” asked Hermione out of the blue as she sat on her bed.

“Crush hmm nope” I mumbled blushing and Hermione smiled at me. 

“Neville is nice and we are friends” I added with yawn and Hermione thankfully let it go but I could get to sleep because of what the torment was about I hoped that nothing was going to happen at least nothing bad but had a terrible feeling that almost made me sick. I just hoped I was wrong. 

To say I had a good night sleep was wrong. I woke up in graveyard and it was rather depressing. I didn’t know where I was but I just felt like I had to be there. I walked around in my dream searching for answers to where I was when I came to grave. I don’t know why but I just had to look at it.

The grave stone was white marble, it was easy to read and seem to shine in the dark. I walked up closer to it even though I could read the engraving from where I was but I couldn’t believe my eyes.

I read the stone over and over again. Making sure I read this  and made sure it was real. I was standing in front of my parents headstone. The parents I never got to meet really. Parents I don’t really remember and yet here I was. Which was confusing because I didn’t know why I was dreaming about this. Okay maybe the fact that I miss my parents but still it was really weird.

The dream was over in flash into a knew one but with flashes of scenes. One of them being Me and Harry in different graveyard, a statue of grim reaper holding me and harry in place. A boy wearing hulffpuff colors on the ground dead. I recognized him, but I couldn’t think of who he was. Worm tail coming out of nowhere throwing something into caldron my scar burning with pain. A man appeared with head eyes and nose like snake, I knew who he was Voldemort was back.

“PHOENIX WAKE UP” yelled a voice as somebody was shaking me and I saw up with start. Hermione and the other girls stand by my bed giving me a very worried glances at him. I guess it was nightmare but I didn’t know because I couldn’t remember it.

“You were screaming” said Hermione quietly and I bit my lip.

“Sorry about that” I mumbled as the other girls yawn. Lavender gave me a dirty look but it softly when she saw my very pale face.

“Do you remember what it was about” she asked curious. The other girls started to get clothes and things. I guess it was time to go get some breakfast or something.

“No I don’t” I said softly and that was it besides the very worried glances that Hermione sent me as I got my clothes and head to the showers.

Minutes later I was ready for breakfast and hope we hurried before Ron who ate way to much eat all the food. I mention this to Ginny Rons little sister who smiled at me and giggled.

By the time we got to the Great Hall I saw Alice sitting by Luna and went to go by her before we would get our class list.

“You okay Nix, you look Terrible” asked Alice giving me a very worried look, she was wearing necklace like Luna. Her hair was untidy as if she was woken rather sudden.

“The nargles woke me up, right Luna” Alice said to our new friend who just nodded and  ate her toast quietly.

“Bad dream but I can’t remember it” I said softly and yawned hoping that I had time to stop by the hospital wing to get something before class or I was going to have to suffer through it like always. I didn’t mind that but I really didn’t want to miss any lessons today.

“I swear most of your bad dreams are visions of the future at least the ones you remember” said Alice poking me. I knew she was kidding but yet I agreed with her and for some reason I had bad feeling about it at least 2nd part which was weird because I didn’t even remember both of my dreams but I knew it was two.

“Hello Earth to Phoenix are you alive” asked Alice waving her hand over my face as I must of spaced out to who knows where. Thank Rowling for Alice she’s use to it but no matter what happen I was never use to it.

“What, Um Sorry” I asked my head coming out of the clouds as Alice poke me again.

“You better hurry and eat some food people are coming In” she said softly giving me a worried look I nodded and told her I would talk to her later. I heard to the Gryffindor table and sat down by Hermione and Neville.

“Phoenix are you okay” asked Neville as I sat down and rubbed my eyes. I gave him a small smile that told him I was fine and grabbed some toast and ate some. I wasn’t a breakfast eater at least morning person really. It just didn’t eat a lot but that didn’t stop Hermione and Nevile giving me worried glances. I had feeling that Alice was doing the same thing from the Ravenclaw table.

“I’m fine you guys just a dream” I mumbled as Harry and Ron joined us.

“Just a dream” Asked Harry as he sat down and sighed. Great now my brother was going to be worried about me but I didn’t mind after all he was my family. My only family unless you count my amazing God Father who I missed but still.

“What’s wrong Nix” Harry asked quietly. I swear he just knew it must have been a freaky twin thing or something, but I knew I had to say something but I didn’t want to talk about the dreams.

“I have a weird feeling about this year” I mumbled softly as Harry gave me a confuse look and ate his food.

“Like last year” he ask quietly as the others talked not seeing us talk quietly. Most of everyone was excited for new year and I was too really but it was just something in my gut that screamed this year was going to be much different from last year.

I shake my head saying no and he nodded but still was worry and we said no more as we got our list of classes. I looked up at the head of table to our new Defense Teacher who was eying me with his magical eye and it was uneasy. For some odd reason I didn’t think that he was really himself and that thought soon left my mind as I got up with everyone and heard to my first class.
