Asira Jones was an ordinary 16-year-old girl.

Until Tuesday June 10th, 2013, when her grandma past away.

From that day onwards Asira was never her normal, content and gleeful self. Instead, she was gloomy and depressed. Not only did she lose her grandma, but she also started to get bullied and in result of this, she lost all of her friends.

Asira never wanted to go to school since that shattering day. She didn't want to be traumatised anymore. She thought everyday about how much this world would be so much better without her. She always thought about suicide but never did it because she didn't want to regret anything, although she knew that she wouldn't, because there is nowhere for Asira to fit in, in this society.

One day she felt like the entire world just gave up on her, so she tried to run away from all her troubles.

She got to the waters edge. She saw a small crack in the ice, she ran up to it and with one jump the ice shattered and disappeared underneath the water. Asira was standing right on the edge now, she looked around her, and saw no one.

She was about to jump.

Asira leaped into the air and in the air, she felt hands. She was wondering who was stopping her from falling into the water, and why. There were so many questions filling her head.

She was screaming at this point.

She wanted to jump, but someone was stopping her.

Asira wanted to die, she wanted to die now. No one had ever let her die. Someone had always saved her. Asira knew that it was the same person who was saving her every time. She always felt the same hands save her each time, but she had no idea who it was. She tried to search the town and find out who it was one time, but the truth was, Asira was never cut out to be a detective.
