Ding dong ding....
The bell for the second period had already rung. I hurriedly packed my bag and left before my friends , a smile playing on my lips. During the first period neither Aquarius nor Pisces leave my side while throwing whirl of apologies. I was having fun there. Though I was literally pissed before as everyone made fun of me. Even Gemini didn't lack off. I was pissed . But when I saw Aquarius and Pisces coming my way I knew I wouldn't be pissed for long. I was really enjoying myself while being angry at them. Oh how much Pisces face made me wanna hug her and how much I wanted to squish Aquarius. He he. They were so cute. But Aquarius saw through my facade and stopped trying to please me whereas the little fish as caring as she is continued mumbling apology. Though Aquarius told her off as both of them saw me grinning. At last we patched up . "Lib, waitt~" Aquarius whined behind me. Currently we walking through the hallway to our next class which is one of my favourite too. It is of EOT class (elemental offence technique) . I so wanted to show everyone what I got. "Let's hurry Aqua. I don't wanna be late." I grabbed a hold of her and dragged her along with me. We share this class with Taurus and Cancer. We haven't met them since morning. I wa excited for class as well as seeing them . Just as we were passing I saw Gemini and Capricorn leaving the library."huh? What are they doing at the library in the morning" Aquarius asked as she pointed at them. I shrugged with a who knows. I guess they saw us. Capri was waving at us. We ran to them just to get a good call from Capri ugh." Don't run jn the hallway ." He sighed at us.

"Umm guys what are you doing at the library." I asked .Gemini racked a hand through his bag and took out an old rusty book with a title reading ' summoning spells'
"Why do you need this book" Aqua asked. I was too curious. Saggitarus is the best in the summoning spells'. Not to mention about Taurus. He is damn tok good for any one of us. But why does these two need it. " For our next project we are given task of collecting info on the different summon spells." Gemini spoke. Well I was gonna ineterrup him when he said looking at me," Advised not to take help of your classmates or other students beside your partner" oh so that's why they were here in the morning. "Anyway let's hurry to class. We are gonna be late". Gemini said looking at the giant clock that was on the wall above the grand library gate. This clock was rather scary. It was old and looked like it could see through us. I shuddered at the thought. " No need to be scared" Gemini said patting my head . I looked at him. "What?" I asked genuinely curious for what did he say I shouldnt be scared. " I want to say the magic clock could see through your past but no need to worry he is not gonna tell anyone" he smiled sweetly at me. Aquarius sighed in the background as realization hit me hard. This mage here was looking through my thoughts from the very starting. " Geminiiiii" I whined as he ran away with Capri saying "Don't ...Run. Idiots" but he had to run eventually to catch up with him. I shook my head. " Aqua we are late." I said and we ran to the ground since it was a practical class for us.
In the ground...

"Everyone Assemble" the teacher said in a loud voice while everyone else groaned in displeasure at the hyper loud voice . My ears hurt at that sound. Even the trees on the ground whimpered and shed trees at her loud voice. Oh yeah our teach for this class is Miss Amanda ,the loud and noisy yet very caring mage of Galaxy Academy.
"Alright everyone" she continued after everyone has gathered around her in queues. I saw some familiar faces standing in front. It was Taurus who was standing in front by Aquarius's side. I waved at them to get their attention. They seemed to be really attentive to whatever teach was saying. Well I wasn't paying attention though. "Ah yes Libra do you have any questions?" The teach asked as everyone attention shifted to me. I looked a little around me and found Taurus and Aquarius looking my way. What. Now they have time to look at me. Taurus just smiled innocently at me while Aqua shook her head knowing well I wasn't paying attention. "Libra" Miss Amanda called again. And I shifted my eyes to her . "Yes ma'am." I said not looking at her though. "Dear do you have any questions left for me." She asked . I shook my head no. "Alright then, you will be the challenger Libra." She said as I looked at her confused at what is a challenger now. Though she didn't notice my look. "Challenger for today's game will be the one who will have to defeat the opponent teams defenders in order to obtain the whistle teacher is wearing" someone whispered near me. I turned to See who it was. I was offered a warm smile and a very familiar faces."Cancer" I jumped a little. "Hi there my Lib" Cancer greeted in her sweet voice. I asked her about what the game was as I wasn't paying attention. She looked disappointed but nevertheless told me about  the game plan that has been decided. According to her, there will be two teams one of opponents and other of challengers. Challengers team will have defender mages who will protect the necklace around the teach 's neck. I was chosen to be the opponent teams first fighter. Teach gathered us all around her and started explaining the rules. This time though I paid attention after all I don't want to lose to whoever I am gonna fight. "So everyone let's start". Teach said in her usual loud voice. I covered my ears for a moment and squinted my eyes. A soft tap forced me to open them once again. Cancer looked at me and said" seems like I am gonna be your rival Lib.." She said as she stood beside the defender team and Aquarius just smirked as she saw Cancer standing beside her. Taurus too was on their team. Hum ... So I was the only one out of our small group to be on the opponent not to worry though . "Now then .. Can I please have the defender team first player, Cancer..And her opponent., Libra" Teach said getting our attention. I looked really suprised that my opponent is gonna be Cancer. Taurus and Aquarius looked at each other and then at Cancers as if to confirm she is ready for the game. And by the determined loom she has , I am confident she is gonna be really rough and tough as an opponent.
Everyone gathered behind the now barricaded ground. I saw Aquarius and Taurus sitting in the fiRst row. Our teach sat far behind us in air near the big banyan tree. Cancer was standing in front of the teach ,her back facing her. She was clothed in a dark blue overcoat underneath which was her training suit. I was wearing the same. Only difference was mine was of a black colour.
"Alright then, participants ready?" Miss Amanda said.
I nodded as soon as her eyes fell in us and Cancer do the same. "Then on the count of three...." She started as everyone's breath hitched. I felt my heart hammering loudly as we both took our fighting stances. Cancer was ready to defend everything . Her face hold a determined look. But I am not gonna go easy on her. I am going to show you the way to win. I smirked as everyone counted.." Three...Two....And"
"Begin..." Teach whistled loudly. Both of scrunched our faces at that. Taking my leg back, I plunged forward in air to make the first move. I saw Cancer's eyes following my steps as to count for what was my next move. I hurriedly backed my hand in firmness to cast out a spell. Cancer eyes looked deep as she followed my move.
"Teh daughter of sky
The flutter of hearts
Let us rise
Through the cries." Casting my spell I forged my left hand towards her in an attempt to summon gust of powerful wind . And it did. The gust of wind was so strong that it blew through the roofs making them crunched. Cancer focussed her eyes at me. And spelled out" King of skies
        Brought the net
         By the prince." She said and a dark mist of cloud approached us as it blew away my gust of wind. Cancer joined me in mid air as I started flying towards the teach. "Not so soon , Libra" Cancer said as she pried her hand up and forged it towards me. In an attempt to block it I summoned the wind blades . Before she could spell out I raised both my hands and summed the wind blades." Fall of sky I summon the blades of ride" I pressed my hand towards her direction. She dodged the first few but I didn't stop. I flew nearer to her still trying to keep her from doing any spells. My wind blades couldn't reach her. I summoned another spell.
"Fall ,the massive tornado." I plunged my hands together in her direction. I heard many squeals at that from our audiences. I couldn't practically see where Cancer was standing but I could feel her presence though the dusty tornado storm. Just as I thought that the tornado would have blocked her way my ears scrunched in a displeasing way at an erratically loud noise. I looked towards the tornado with horror while covering my ears. I saw giant sound waves practically passing through the tornado dismissing it while it pressed though them . And then I was on the floor after being hit by the ominously loud wave of sound. My head hurt like hell as it made direct contact with the ground. As I started getting up . I saw Cancer descending steadily towards the ground. She stopped just above the ground looking at me with worry filled eyes. I smirked at her. She is too easy even with her opponents. But her worry soon faded. She smiled and said," Already done.."  That earned her a whistle from the audience and loud clamour approached us as I stood up holding a hand to my head.
"Not until I win" I smiled while plunging my fist on air and summoning loud gust of furious wind. Again she used her loud erratic voice to dismiss it. Just this time I moved fast and I was directly behind her as she started looking here and there in my search. And she turned. I was already ready to plunge my fist into air summoning another giant tornado when she turned and cast ger another ominous spell.
"I summon the king of daughter of clouds. Thunderstorm burn." She screamed as loud clamour of thunder gathered over the ground directly shooting lightning strikes at me. I started jumping away in an attempt to avoid teh attacks while Cancer didn't stop following me,chasing me ,and summoning the strike at me. It was lethal as tried to think about something. I heard our audiences saying" That is crazy. First ahe screamed and dispelled a whole tornado now she is summoning an awfully good thunderstorm. What is she?"
"Guys look at Libra. She is not giving her any easy way to win. She is summoning some of the greatest and hardest spells"
The audience was already divide into two halves cheering for Cancer and me. I need to focus on the lighting strikes. Cancer isn't giving up. Then an idea flashed through me at the remembrance of Cancer high-pitched scream. Her scream was actually the ancient magic of Syrin voice she learnt . Oh yeah now I can do something to stop her. I abruptly stopped and turned around. Cancer was a few feet away from me. Seeing that I stopped she threw a giant lightning strike at me. The audience was filled with thrill at her action. I smiled as she did what I needed her to do. I placed my palms together as in prayer and summon the spell of ancient clashes.The lightning was nearing me. I spelled out..
"The earth is disheveled
The sky is crying
The fire has wrecked havoc
The sea is fuming
Let all them
Rest in peace
As I the air bender
Make treat to you."
Opening my palms at the approaching lightning cloud I screamed out
the last words to summon my spell
"Balance the unbalanced"
AND swoosh the lightning went out as the clouds over us went overboard and the strips of sunrays touched the ground.
The whole ground fell silent as I huffed in relief that her erratic magic is over while my powers are drained at a very high speed. I saw Cancer panting too. Then a loud clamour approached us again as everyone started screaming in joy. We both looked at the audience .
"Now that's Libra for you." I heard Taurus say as he waved at happily . Aquarius was standing beside him wide-eyed as she looked on. Her eyes would once fall on me the other time it was on Cancer. I was dumbfounded at their action. Did I just make Aquarius surprised? I looked at Cancer for an explanation. She in turn , turned to face me and said" Aquarius is surprised ?" And she smiled as I started laughing hard. I completely forgot about the match that was going on as Cancer approached me and I hugged her while laughing hard at teh faces of our spectators. And ....A loud whistle broke our merry moment. Just then the bell rang for the end of the period. Cancer looked at me and we started laughing as we came to our senses.
The teach approached us," Today's game was a draw then huh?" She smiled looking at her and patted both of us while saying," You both have mastered the ancient magic very well. I am proud of you two." While she turned to the other students , Cancer asked me" We did?" I just hugged her while saying" We sure did." For the last time that day. Teach whistled dismissed the class . Taurus and Aquarius approached us with a knowing smile. "Man, did you two just used the two of the ancient spells~" Aquarius said while looking bewitched at our summoning spells. Taurus gently ruffled Cancer and my head. I slapped his hand away. He knew very well I don't like it when anyone did that. I felt like a kid. I pouted at him. He sweetly said," You two were amazing. And you did awfully good."  He looked at me and said," Even Aqua here was speechless at your acts Libi." I smiled at him. "Really Aqua were we good " I asked Aqua while looking into her beautiful blue eyes. She said" No" That got both Cancer and my attention. From the corner of my eyes I saw Taurus smiling widely. " You two ARE the best" Aquarius said and hugged both of us. Letting us go , she said she wanted to use something like that someday. Cancer sweetly encouraged her. I turned to Taurus to ask what class we have next while the two started praising each other. I saw Taurus languidly looking at Cancer. I smiled knowingly. I came closer to him and said in a low voice ,"Wanna have some alone time?" He flinched at my voice and looked startled. I chuckled lightly. "W..What a..Are you saying Libi." He scratched the back of his head . He was blushing really cutely. I wanna tease him more but Cancer and Aquarius interrupted."Huh? Taur you ok?" Cancer placed her palm on his forehead and he hurriedly backed away and started blushing vividly. Cancer looked at him anxiously.
Aquarius came to me and smirked at the two. "Y..Yeah I ..I am ok. W.well we should head to our next class guys." He said and turned around to go when I stopped him. "Taurus whats class is next?" I asked and Taurus said he had art class next with Virgo . "Great I have the art class too. Let's go together Taur." Cancer smiled at the blushing Taurus . He nodded sincerely and waited at the corridor with Aquarius for us to come. Cancer and I emerged from the room after changing into our casual attire .
Taurus waved at us to come. When we reached them I asked Aqua about her class . She has old literature class. I sighed . "Hmm..Whats up with that sigh Libra," Cancer asked tilting her head . " It's just I am the only who has no classes right now. Maybe I will just go and wait for you at cafeteria." I said . Aquarius nodded in agreement since after this class we shall have our lunch. As I thought about lunch we heard a grumbling sound. All of us looked at  Taurus who scratched his head a little while patting his tummy.
" I haven't had my full today in breakfast. Hee hee." He said while chuckling a little. Cancer smiled and shook her head as Aqua and I started laughing at his antics. "Oh my , Taur. You should hurry up and finish your class so that you can have your fill you know," I said winking at him,he just smirked sheepishly and nodded. "Bye then Lib" Cancer said and went with Aqua and Taurus . So now I was left alone to wait for them. Where should I go? I thought aloud to myself. I ragged my head through the whole school. Then I remembered the grand hall. Grand hall is the hall for every assembly conducted here. It must be empty since everyone is in class. So it would be a quiet place to merge myself into the new trends Saggi was talking about the other day. I rushed to the grand hall. The door to hall was magnificent and was adorn with the fine architecture of thousand of years. It isn't my favorite thing to know. But you can't help but know about it from where these came from if you have a history lover like Pisces and an old sage who knew suspiciously everything like Capricorn as friends. Those two would blow your mind off if they love something. Seriously they should just tell their real life alive lovers they love them. I smiled at that thought. It is so obvious that the stupid and loner Scorpio loves the sweet and shy Pisces from hell to heaven. He would break every hell loose for her. And could make the stars came on floor. But yeah he wouldn't confess to her. I sighed while entering the hall. My mind was still filled with my friend's love life. I took in the scene of the hall. It has been so long since I came here alone . Since all the time I am with my friends. The hall was giant . The beautiful large windows of the hall was opened for the warm sunrays to enter and embrace the floor of the beautiful and spacious hall. I made myself comfortable in the mid air as I sat on nothing but air as in sitting on chair. Air is my element so it was heart warming to be comfortable like this . Though everyone could do this. Again I was filled with thoughts about my friends. There are only lovestruck kids filled here. Capricorn is so obvious about his feelings for a certain war mage but wouldn't let a word slip from our mouth in front of her. He would go on praising her in front of us but wouldn't lay out a single word of appreciation for her in front of her instead would scorn her. Which obviously get her pissed with him but nonetheless she would smile knowing he thought for her good only that is why he always scorn her so that she would improve herself. Then there is this stupidly sweet besties. Taurus and Cancer. Both of them look so perfectly on sync . They are always in tune with each other. I kinda feel jelly sometimes thinking all of my friends having someone they love and wanna be with. I closed my eyes at this thought and let  a sigh escape my lips." So now the trendsetter has become a love master huh?"  I abruptly opened my eyes at the voice. I stood up in air and looked around for any trace of a person. But in vain. I couldn't find anyone. Just when I thought I imagined the voice , I felt eyes boring into my back. Summoning a fistful of wind into my clutched hands I turned around to punch whoever it was in front. To my sheer surprise there was no one. But I swore I heard it and felt someone presence . "Quiet good , Libra . You could feel but not place where I am hmm~" I stood in mid air when I heard that tauntingly sweet voice again. And this time I was damn sure from where it came and who the invader is , as I looked underneath me towards my shadow that was formed , and said
"Idiot Geminiiiii" Chuckling, he opened his eyes from his resting place that was my shadow. His aquamarine eye filtered through the blackened shadow. It was a beautiful view to behold. His eye filled with mirth of tease and the dark shadow looming underneath looked great. He revealed himself fully , getting out of my shadow. A smile adorned his gorgeous face with his one covered eye and the other taunting me. I folded my arms across my chest and said"What the heck are you doing here ,don't you have class?"
Answering questions with questions was his style and trust me it's annoying,"Ditto ,Libra. What are you doing here?" He said and came to me in the mid air. I hmphed him and told him that I didn't have any class. He said again ditto. His answers too were annoying. "By the way you didn't answer my previous question" He said while looking at the large windows of the hall. He looked at me and smiled as I tilted my head to ask what question. He began again," Question that is since when did you became the love master huh?" At that I wanna punch him. This mage is really idiot. " You were reading my mind again. That too without permission." I stomped at him angrily but he dodged it and shrugged as if it was no big deal. I glared at him. "You shadow creepy mage. How many times need I tell you to not peek looks into a girl mind? We don't like it" Gosh he is irritating. Again he shrugged and came near me. " Nah, Libi" he began in an utmost teasing tone." It's just you among the whole girl population of the world who doesn't like her mind to be read. If I am not wrong all girls just squeal in pleasure around me when I did this with them." His smirked widened and his visible eye was dancing with teasing joys. He is a flirt . A super flirt. Not as much as Leo but still is a flirt.
I really loathe the way the girls behave around him. One time they are bullying Aquarius for taking Gemini away from then, if even he was their to start with. The other time being all puppy around Gemini. Gemini though is a flirt but he knows better to respect all the women. He never lay a finger on them. But they are ready to throw themSelves at him anytime he wants. Aquarius and Aries surprisingly always warned him to be careful. But he is never careful. In the end, it has to be me, who will pull him out of his fangirls. I sighed at that thought and continue glaring at him.
"Listen well Gemini," I took a really menacing pitch of voice to make myself clear and I saw his face changing into a serious one while his smile softened and his eye glittered with somewhat warm. I was baffled by it but it didn't stop me. I need to teach him a lesson now." I am better far better from all those whores in disguise of girls who came flying to you , asking for attention. Those idiot sluts just want to be laid by you. Even though they knew you are not gonna do that. They have a wild imagination. Horrifying imagination. They don't do it out of feelings but of pure lust." I said in the end softening my voice. Now I don't understand how come I was talking about this to him now of all other times. I have been in much irritating conditions before too. But this time I just couldn't help it. Then o saw his smile fading as he stepped closer to me. I blinked twice to check if he is really coming. In my blinking process, he is already standing close in front me.I  gasped  at our proximity. But I didn't move. "So you mean you are different ," he started speaking making eye contact with me. I could see that his eye wants to know something. Something delusional yet true. Another kind of feeling heated up in my lower belly as I looked at him and heard his voice. He continued speaking.
"You are different cause you don't harbour any raw feelings like lust " he let the word lust slipped his tongue like honey. I felt my face heating up. He bent a little since he is taller than me. And our forehead touched. My eyes instantly widened at his action. I looked into his eye trying to find what he is suggesting.
"Libra" I gasped as my name rolled down his mouth like velvet. "If not lust,then what kind of feelings do you harbour for me?" He asked sincerity flowing through his every word. I couldn't make what he was asking for. The only thing I was focussed on was how good-looking he is. Up close I could see all his beautiful, god gifted features. His natural blonde hair and aquamarine eye made him the epitome of love. My cheeks felt warm.
"I ....I " I kinda tried answering his question ,seeing as his eye was begging for something. " I...." I know I had a crush on him. But maybe the shyness of my friends not confessing love has rubbed on me that even I couldn't help but blush at his proximity.

Ding Dong Ding Dong Ding.......The loud monotonous bell rang loudly for the lunch break , breaking me out of a trance I was captured in. I abruptly stepped away from him. I looked under me to the ground finding it most pleasurable now. It was better not to look at him. "I ...I sh..Should go." I said and ran away with whoosh of air. I could faintly hear him call my name,"Libra." But I didn't dare look back.at him. I descended on the floor and ran to the cafeteria. Someone shouted something about not running in the hallway. The hell with hallway. I am screwed up here. Just now what was that. He came. He teased me. He annoyed me . He came closer to me. Then...Then  ....He asked what I felt for him. I stopped near the door to the cafeteria putting a hand to my chest. My heart was pounding rather loudly. I bet if it wasn't for the rushing and murmuring of a whole bunch of these students anyone would have heard it well. I felt my cheeks flared up at the thought of the look he has at that time........ I don't know what to do anymore. Is this what it felt when your heart isn't yours anymore?
