"So you're saying, for me to become human again I have to give you permission to make Jack and Daniel not remember each other, and why would I do that?"

"Well, for starters you want to be human, and second off, Daniel still loves Jack and you don't think Jack doesn't love him back? If you do believe that they're only friends, you're retarded."

"Jack is loyal to me so I don't have to worry about that. Anyways, what's in that for you?"

"How do you expect him to be loyal when you're dead Zach? AlsoThe fact that I get to see your band suffer."

"You really are an ass. Don't worry, Jack isn't a scumbag like you. Deal." The boy stuck his hand out.

The devil grabbed Zach's hand and shook.

"Good choice, Zachary." He disappeared into a cloud of red smoke.

Just then Castiel materialized in front of Zach.

"Zach, why would you do that?" He asked in a very stern voice.
"It was my only choice."
"You messed up very bad, Zach. When you die again. There's not going to be a heaven."
"What, Cas, what do you mean?"
"God lost a bet to the devil, if Satan got a certain amount of deals made, heaven became his. Now, heaven is going to be his because of you, Zach. You were the last deal."
"Shi-" before Zach could finish he was knocked out.

Jack cupped Daniel's face in his hands. They took a moment to stare into each other's eyes. Jack fought the urge to kiss Daniel but, what can he say, his self control sucks. The two slowly leaned in and interlocked lips. Daniel attached his hands to Jack's curls, their lips moving in sync. They finally parted, out of breath, and panting.

"Wow, I missed Daniel's kisses, and kissing a real human." Jack thought.
Instead he said, "you were my first love too Dani, and I think a big part of my heart will forever belong to you."

"I missed your kissies." Daniel giggled. He always called them kissies for some reason and jack thought it was the most adorable thing.

While he was sitting there admiring his first love, Jack's thoughts wandered to Zach.

Shit did he see that? Is he going to kill me? He'll understand, right? He has to, he knows as much as I love him I need human interaction too. Wait, is this technically cheating? No, dad got with someone after Mom died. Is that situation different since dad couldn't see Mom? What if he did see Mom? She encouraged him to move on, right? Isn't that what Zach would want for me too? He'll probably be more upset about the fact that I didn't tell him before I kissed Daniel, I hope.

Daniel could clearly see that Jack was stressing about something, so the calm the noodle headed boys nerves, he smashed their lips together once more. Jack not hesitating to kiss back. He needed a distraction after all. The sweaty boys fell back on the bed without breaking the kiss. They lay there for about 20 minutes, caught up in each other and the kiss. Hands tangled in hair, tongues battling for dominance. They never took it past second base, though. Making out was enough to make Jack feel free again. Sure, he felt free with Zach, but, Zach was dead and he didn't want that weight holding him back from living. So, that's what he did for the time being. He got rid of the weight and he lived.
