Our fights, normally, last no longer than an hour, since we can't stand being mad at each other. But this day wasn't normal, my job went awful and so did his.
"Why can't we make our relationship public?" I asked, it just came into my mind, and so I asked it. I think that in that day, deep inside, I somehow wanted to just scream and have an argument, I was a idiot by doing what I did, I deserved it.
"Y/N, for God's sake, stop it. You already asked me that and I answered you at the time"
"But why? What's the problem?"
"Y/N! Stop it! You're pissing me off!" Joel said.
"I want to let everyone know that you're mine!" I screamed.
"Stop being such a pain in the ass! Sometimes you are just so annoying! Vete a la mierda!" he scream back.
We have been together for four years, and he has never said such thing to me, and so, as I am quite a sensitive person it really offended me. I looked at him for a while and then I run to our room on the second floor, locked the door and started crying. He knew how much sentimental I was, so he regreted it the moment after.
"Amor, open the door, lo siento" he knocked on the door "Por favor, I did not mean to offend you" he started crying, I noticed by the way he was speaking "Yo te amo, I did not wanted to tell you that" he sobbed "You are not like that, you are beautiful, perfect, talented, sweet, you are my girlfriend and I am very happy for that"
I stopped crying, but I didn't opened the door, I unlocked it. A while later, since it was already night, I went into bed. I decided to left the door unlocked since there is only one bed in our house, and he didn't deserved to sleep in the sofa, after all, I still loved him.
The next day
I woke up with a note in my bed side table
"Go to the stairs, I love you" I did as it had written and I found another
"Go to the kitchen, amo-te " I went down the stairs, went towards the kitchen and I found a bowl full of my favourite fruits with one note next to the spoon and napkin that were also there.
"I hope you like it, je t'aime" I ate all and then I put the bowl in the dishwasher and I find another note on it.
"Now, go to the living room, ti amo" once more I did as the note said
As I entered the hall I saw petals all over the floor. He was really commiting himself for me to forgive him.

When I opened the door I saw him on his knees.
"Y/N, mi vida, me perdonas?"
"Esto me encantó, of course I forgive you. Ather all, the fault was more mine than yours, te amo Joel" I help him get up and give him a passionate kiss.
"You do not love me more than I love you" he says and I give a small laugh. This time he is the one kissing me, he wrapped him arms around my waist and I wrapped mine around his neck
After a long make out session on the sofa
I lay my head on his chest and he brushed my hair with his fingers gently.
"I am sorry for being such a idiot yesterday" I said as I looked up at him. He gave me a small smile.
"It's ok, I didn't react the best either" he gave me a soft kiss on my forehead.
"Sabes que te amo, ¿verdad?" I asked
"Of course I know that, you love me and I love you. I am so lucky to have by my side"
"You are the best that ever happened to me" I replied
