*New Character * *2 Years Later*

Kerry's P.O.V

"Ryeeee" I walking into one of the living rooms of the new house to find Nairne being pinned down by Andy while Rye started to tickle her ribs. It's so weird seeing the guys happy for the first time in a long time.

A year ago they were signed to a big label but they dropped the boys a couple months after. Their new manager thought they were far too hyper which made them all depressed. This is the first time i've seen anyone smile in the house in god knows how long. Nairne was the managers daughter and even after her mum kicked the guys off, she was still there for us.

I sat down on the sofa and grabbed my laptop. I started to check my emails when all of a sudden the lid was closed and Nairne was sat on the coffee table. "Can I help you?" She had a massive grin on her face with her legs crossed. The other boys came into the room and sat down where ever there was space.

"I think we should go on holiday! Somewhere hot!" I could tell she had been thinking about this for a while and started to consider it. All the guys had started to smile and nod. I didn't want to be the only one that said no so I decided to accept the 'offer'.

"If we are going somewhere hot, where do we go?" Andy being the most mature suggested we should look at cheap flights. So we did that and decided we would head to Spain for two weeks. It was a getaway for the boys and we decided we could only use our phones to contact each other and Blair.

We booked the tickets and we were leaving tomorrow so everyone had to pack. Nairne and I made our way upstairs to our joint bedroom and began to pack.

After 2 hours, we were all packed and sat down on the sofa. It was now 11pm and we would have to leave in about 3 hours so there was no point in going to sleep. I sat down on Mikeys lap and hid my head into his neck. Sleep started to hit me as I took in the scent of his aftershave. My eyes soon became hooded and I couldn't keep them open.

Nairne's P.O.V

I could feel his chocolate eyes burning into the back of my head as I watched the show playing on the tv. Rye had been looking at me all week but when I brung it up he would brush my question off. I'd never seen him act like this and I'm not sure if I like it.

I got up off the sofa and headed into the kitchen to make a cup of tea, "Does anyone want a cuppa?" There was a chorus of yes' so I nodded and started to make them. As I started to make the third cup, someone came up behind me and wrap their arms tightly around my waist. I took in the scent of the person and knew it was Rye instantly. I turned around with his arms still around me.

"Can I help you?" I couldn't help my cheeks turning bright red as his warm breath fanned over my face lightly.

Rye's P.O.V

I had to do it. If I didn't tell Nairne how I felt now, I would never do it so I knew it was the right time. I started looking back and forth between her eyes and lips and I could tell she could tell what I wanted to do. "Can I help you?" Her voice came out as a whisper and her cheeks started to warm up.

"If you don't feel the same, tell me but I have to get this off my chest" I moved my arms from her waist and put one of my hands on her neck. I took a breath and leant in until our lips pressed together. It took a couple seconds for Nairne to react but after she had worked out what was happening she kissed back. My hands slid back down to her waist and hers slid around my neck and started to play with my hair.

"Where is my cu.... oh.... sorry" We quickly pulled away and turned around to find Jack standing in the doorway with bright red cheeks. Nairne and I burst into laughter as everyone came to see what was happening. Kerry let out an excited squeal and pushed the guys out of her way before hugging Nairne until she couldn't breath. She slapped her on the back of the back and she let go as I laughed lightly.

"I never knew it took half an hour to make 5 cups of tea" Jack chipped in and everyone started laughing as Nairne hid into my chest, "We kind of need to leave in like 5 minutes and we still haven't packed the car" We started panicking and all downed the cups of tea before running out the door with our suitcases.

*Skip Plane Ride*

It was almost like Home Alone trying to get on the plane but we managed it luckily and everyone made it. As we stood outside of the plane, a wave of heat hit us and we all let out a sigh of relief. "Holy Fuck, it's hot" Half way through the flight, all of us had changed into shorts and tops.

Nairne's P.O.V

"You and Rye, ayy?" Kerry nudged me with a smirk on her face and I started blushing again. What was happening with me and Rye? We kissed once and were talking throughout the whole journey. He was constantly complementing me and we were holding hands.

"I don't know what's going on. We are a thing but we aren't. I'm waiting for him to make it official"I shrugged and spotted my bag so went to get grab it. Once we all had our bags, we headed out to get a rental car and loaded it up. Andy and Rye were the only two that could drive so they decided to take it in turns.

Rye's P.O.V

This whole holiday was going to be ruined if I didn't ask Nairne out, I need to do it. As we got into the rental car, I climbed into the driver seat and Nairne sat beside me. I started up the car and we started to move away from the airport.

Nairne and I started to mess around halfway through the journey and I decided to try teach her how to drive the car. I held on to her hand the whole time and she soon got the hang of it but I still didn't let go of her. We eventually got to the private villa and decided rooms. Me and Mikey were sharing rooms, Kerry and Nairne, Jack and Brooklyn then Harvey and Andy. We unpacked our bags and decided to go swimming in the pool.
