(Can You Draw Me?!) Matt X Artist!Reader

You sat in deep concentration, making sure you got everything perfect. You wouldn't want an unhappy customer, would you? Let me clarify.

Every day, you went to the park, set up a few chairs, got your art supplies ready, and drew people. They would pay you to draw their faces, and you would give them the final product. It was a fun job. I mean, who wouldn't want a job that specializes in their favorite hobby?

Today was a particularly busy day, since it was sunny and a lot of people were at the park. But you enjoyed it. Maybe if you got enough money today you could buy a couple copic markers to add to your ever-growing collection.

You were just about finished with your current piece of artwork when you heard a gasp behind you.

"Look at their drawing! Ooh, I want to get my beautiful face drawn!" The voice bubbled. You handed the person the sketch, and in return you got money. You turned around and saw a ginger-haired man, smiling, along with two other guys, who looked uninterested.

"It only costs fifteen dollars to get your face drawn, and, of course, you get to keep the final product," you told the man. His face lit up in excitement.

"Yay! Then I get to add it to my collection!" 

"Alright, then, Matt. You do that. Me and Edd are going to go find his cat," the man in the blue hoodie said, then proceeded to walk away. Matt, as you now knew him, sat down in the chair in front of you. You took out a piece of paper from your bag.

"So, your name's Matt, huh?" you began a conversation. You liked to talk to your customers and get to know them.

"Yeah! What's your name?"

"(Y/N)," You began to draw his face, starting with the basic shapes. He had a very nice chin, you thought to yourself.

"That's a very pretty name," Matt complimented. You felt your cheeks go a bit pink. You rarely got complimented (though you deserve to be).

"Thanks," you smiled a bit. As you kept working on his picture, the two of you chatted. You have to admit, he's one of the more interesting customers you've had. Very lively and bubbly. he was also fun to draw, due to his looks.

So the two of you continued to chat, until finally you finished the picture, and handed it to him. In return he gave you the money, and when he looked at the picture he smiled.

In the corner, was your number.

About a year later, you and Matt had become very close. And on the very date when you first met, he asked you out, and you two led a happy life together.
