It was like a fire had ignited inside my soul and it spread throughout my body and made my skin glow. Bee's hand had rested on the side of my face before I could even register what was happening. His lips moved against my own in a way I have never experienced.
Well, only once.
This wasn't the first time, but it was supposed to be the last time.
"Bee..." I whispered.
He didn't answer me as his kisses became like a toxin injected into my skin. I was becoming lost in the moment. When the kiss began to deepen, I started expressing my own passion. My lips started moving with his and my hand slowly slid over the center console and gripped his free hand. His face seemed to grow hot at my touch, his hand shifting back to run through my hair.
"Beezlebub." I called again.
I felt his tongue glide across my lips, asking for entry. My eyes widen, snapping me out of daze. I pulled away and I covered my mouth.
"What's wrong Luci?" He asked.
I stared at him and I shook my head.
"N-Nothing." I stuttered. "Why did you do that?"
Beezlebub stared back at me, his pale cheeks going pink.
"In the moment I guess?" He chuckles nervously.
I just continued to watch him before sighing.
"I don't know...I still feel terrible." I stated.
Bee's hand now rested over my own, lacing my fingers with his.
"Well...let me help you not feel terrible." He smiled.
My heart nearly stopped. When I looked at him I was at a loss for words. He continued to smile at me and rub his thumb over my palm to reassure me it seemed. His other hand still in my hair.
"How...?" I questioned.
His eyes softened down at me in a caring gaze.
"I'll make you forget." He whispered. "I'll make you love me instead. Someone who cares for you without a shadow of doubt."
"But you've hurt me before." I replied. "How do I know this isn't one of your tricks?"
He paused, taken back by my words. He exhaled loudly and gripped my hand tighter.
"You just have to trust me Luci." He stated.
I looked away for a brief moment. My thoughts buzzing in my head as to what my next move should be. For once I had no clue as to what I should really do. Was I really ready to push my feelings for Ichigo away? Could I suppress them?
I turned back to him.
"Make me forget..." I muttered.
My lips crashed back against his, my eyes closing at the contact. Bee drew back for a moment in shock, our lips briefly disconnecting before he pressed them back to mine in a fierce kiss. My mind couldn't catch up with my body. I was crawling across the console and into his lap, wanting to be closer. My hands went through his hair while his rested on my lower back and at times drifting to my waist.
But the one thing I kept thinking...was how it felt. To kiss someone and feel the warmth of someone against you was inspiring and exciting.
But...what I really felt, was nothing.
~~~
It was a few hours. I lost count. There wasn't a moment that passed when his lips weren't on mine and his hands were on me.
It felt good but it also didn't.
The next morning when I awoke I found Michael asleep in a cat bed, laying beside him was Andeddo. They were in a snuggled up ball of fur and bone.
It was actually cute.
I got up and prepared myself for another school day. Bee would pick me up and it would be like any other day.
At least I hope so.
Without a sound I left the room. I didn't wish to wake up my servants. I grabbed a poptart from the kitchen and ran outside where my ride was waiting.
"Good morning Bee."
I got into the car and I was met with a kiss on the cheek.
"Good morning Luci." He smiled.
I blushed and smiled back.
"So I um..." He began. "I meant to ask you last night. Are we like a thing now or...?"
My cheeks started to grow hot as well and I played with my fingers nervously.
"Well...did you want to be?" I asked.
He slowly nodded, his smile never wavering.
"I do if you want to." He said.
I smiled more.
"Alright um...dear?" I laughed.
He laughed along with me and started to drive. Out of the corner of my eye I looked into my bedroom window. Andeddo and Michael stared down at me with disapproving eyes, Andeddo especially.
I looked away the further down the road we went. Rock music filled my ears and I was tapping my fingers along the center console to the beat. A hand soon fell over mine causing me to smile.
"You look nervous. Everything ok?" Bee asked.
"I'm fine...just trying to figure out how to break the news to my friends." I laughed.
He glanced at me, his smile disappearing.
"I don't see why that should worry you." He stated.
"I mean...it does only a bit. They weren't expecting me to get with someone else." I explained.
Bee's grip tightened around the steering wheel as well as my hand. The car started to slow down a bit which caused me to worry a bit.
"Doesn't matter anyway. We're together now and nothing will change that."
I stayed quiet. Not really knowing what to say. My mind was just drawing blanks so all I could do was nod in agreement. I didn't really want to agree but I was just at a loss of words.
As my mind went in circles I noticed where he had parked. It was behind the school instead of upfront.
"Why are we back here?" I questioned.
"I just wanted to get a few kisses in before school." He chuckled.
He unbuckled my seatbelt and patted his lap. I blushed heavily at his forwardness.
"Y-You want to do this now?" I stuttered.
"Well of course. Don't tell me you're getting cold feet Luci." He teased.
I puffed out my cheeks and glared at him.
"No, I just think its a bit out of the ordinary." I stated.
I crawled across the console and I sat on his lap. His hands went to my hips and began to rub small circles around them.
"Well we aren't very ordinary are we?" He chuckled.
I shook my head with a soft giggle before it was interrupted by a kiss. I sat there, only enjoying the physical high it gave me but the emotional side was still unsatisfied. But while our lips moved in sync and my eyes were not yet closed...I saw the silhouette of Ichigo in the distance, watching me.
