Part one of chapter three

Death has just pulled me through his Rift or portal as I refer to it, and we both had ended up into somewhere I do not quite recall, feeling a wave of pure drought and heat I raise my hand and wipe my face that drips the moist and salty sweat from my shining forehead. Looking to Death I ask in my normal monotone like voice: "Where are we Death?" He simply responds with one word, one word that held much despair, fear, chaos, and lastly, Hate: "Hell" I simply make a "oh" face in response to Death whom seems to be just merely looking around.
Death notices something over by a gate, and motions for me to follow him; so I do in following him, we soon both find in the middle of the area: two people fighting in what seem to be the death, a large and powerful demon, with horns coming out of his skull, the flesh that appears to be once there has rotted away, showing the foul marking of what lays upon the bare skull of said demon;
The other one, a fox it seems, a black fox on two legs to be specific, his shirt is loose but not to lose, for that would obviously mean that the opponent would easily be able to win the match, and despite the fox's small stature against the demon before me and death, he seems to be holding his ground easily. I look to death in confusion as he watches the fight intensely as if he is secretly betting who will win.
Looking upon both of them I make my decision and look to death, then say "I bet you 20£ that the demon will win" death chuckles to himself and grins deeply, he then turns and looks into my cold red eyes and says "It's a deal." We then both turn and look to the fight to see the demon holding war over the fox, and appears to be winning.
