Bay Leaves may be eaten without toxic effect. However, they remain terribly stiff even after thorough cooking. If swallowed in whole or large pieces, they may pose a risk of harming the digestive tract of cause choking.

-Rubbing Bay Leaf Oil on inflamed joints reduces pain

Bay Leaves are used in cooking for their flavor but Removed from the cooked food Before eating. They can be used fresh or dried. Bay Leaves have risks in choking and harming the digestive track as I said before if eaten in large chunks or in whole.

-4-5 dried bay leaves

-1 cinnamon stick

-1 liter of water
