A few hours after being knocked out
First Person POV
I slowly felt my body starting to wake up and with it pain from the battle. I groan from pain and annoyance since when I tried to open my eyes they were stricken with a bright light. Once more I opened them and adjusted quickly to the light and look at my surroundings. I'm in what appears to be a big, white, square room with other silver tables protruding out of the textile white floor. On my right I see a female with a tablet in her hands typing something. Her skin is a bit wrinkled from age and has short whitish-blonde hair. She finally looked up at me and said some words that I don't understand so I tilt my head but I regret it instantly as the pain came back. I saw a slight tint of anger in her eyes for a split second till they became emotionless. She started making hand gestures first pointing to me then to her forehead then to her and last made her hand talk. It took awhile to translate it but I figured it out.
"Do I know what you are saying?" She smiled and nodded her head. "Wait you know what I'm saying?" She nods her head again and made hand gestures again, "you studied my kind?" At that moment I realized (that I f*** up) that I don't have my armor on and was exposed. I search the room quickly to find any traces of it but there was none to be found, "Where is my armor?" She pointed out the door, "then let me get it back," she shook her head no, "why not?!" She just shook her head as two metal humans came in the door raising their weapons.
One was a male in black armor and looks to be a low rank while the other is a female with a robotic arm and light blue armor. She started talking to what appears to be me in a harsh tone but was cut off by the female beside me that answered my questions. She said something to them that made them lower their weapons but still hold on to it tightly. I released a breath that I didn't know I was holding and looked at the doctor. She pat my shoulder then made hand gestures to follow her to which I did. I felt the two metal humans staring daggers into the back of my head making me have a chill run up my spine imagining what they would do if I step one foot out of line.
Third Person POV
Halsey and (Y/N) getting escorted by Six and Kat are going to the captain's office to try and figure out what to do with her. So far the decision has been to kill her so to not gain too much information for the Covenant or turn her into a Spartan II and have her skills and knowledge help humanity in the war. Luckily (Y/N) doesn't know English otherwise she would be able to hear Kat voice her concerns and hatred towards her while Six just listens. But then (Y/N) stopped with a panic look across her face. Despite Six pushing her to go forward she just screamed a name.
"Utan!" She dodged Six but wasn't fast enough to get through Kat as she caught (Y/N)'s arm despite her trying to get loose. "Let me go I need to see if Utan is ok!" She tried to remove Kat's iron grip from around her arm but it was no use as the Spartan had the upper hand.
Halsey looked at her confused on who Utan was. She then deduced that it must have been an elite but didn't know why she had a strong connection towards them as opposed to her own species. "Place her into a cell currently holding the grunt you've captured before. Maybe it will be able to translate her words."
"But Ma'am we need her to report to the captain's office so he can judge if her behavior is worth tolerating. Those are his orders," Kat replied and she got a stern look in return.
"She won't be any use if she doesn't know our language. She would just be confused and scared so I will tell him about her behavior while you two escort her to the cell," Halsey turned her back on them before they get a chance to say a word.
