Day for the girls

Alexia's pov.
I wake up to arms wrapped around me.
" morning angel how are you today?" I hear Ezra ask, but instead of answering I just move closer to him and try to go back to sleep.
" come on angel I've got to leave soon, and I want to talk to you" he says while I try to roll over, but my brain processes thing quickly so I soon sit up.
" why do you have to leave so early? The Suns barely up" I say rubbing the sleep from my eyes.
" yeah I'm sorry it's a two hour drive and the meeting starts at eight so I need to get going." He says with a frown.
" okay come give me a kiss" I say with a pout.
" don't pout angel your too cute for that" he says before leaning down to kiss me.
" bye sweetheart I'll miss you" I say once he leans away.
" I'll miss you two angel. Remember to have fun with your friends" he says before walking out of the room. I shake my head before getting up and picking out a dress.

I look in the mirror to see if it's laying right. I sigh before walking over to the vanity, and sit down. I close my eyes before starting on my hair. After half an hour I finish my hair.

I get up and walk into my studio. I close my eyes and decide on what I want to paint. After deciding I walk over to a medium size canvas, and pick it up. I place it on the easel and begin to paint the fountain that Ezra and I were at yesterday. I continue to paint until I hears nock.
" come on its our day to have fun just us girls. Come out here" I hear Ariana say.
" okay okay I'm coming" I say before walking toward the door. I open the door to see Ariana and Josie standing there.
" hey how have you guys been?" I ask walking past the crowd of girls.
" come on let's go down to a private room" I say while walking downstairs. I walk into a room with a large bay window a fireplace. Along with a sofa and three chairs. In the middle there's a small table incase we get some food. To the left is a small bookcase packed full of old looking books. I take a seat by the fireplace and Josie sits next to me, and Ariana across from us.
" okay so what's been going on with you and Ezra" Ariana asks
" nothing really he's always gone so we don't get to do anything" I say fidgeting with my fingers.
" really nothing not even sex" Ariana asks looking astonished.
" no not even sex which is horrible he's always working. I mean he could at least set up some time for us to be together without everything else" I rant and Josie comes up and hugs me.
" I'm sure it'll all balance out eventually" she says with a huge smile.
" so how have you guys been?" I ask changing the topic.
" great I can't wait for the wedding but I'm also really scared. What if he doesn't like me after we're married?" She asks while bowing her head.
" don't worry about it. If he loves you even half as much as you love him you'll be the happiest couple in the world" I say with a laugh.
" so miss single what have you been up to?" I asks
" I've been studying healing and childbirth. While restudying" she says with a smile.
" that's great I can't wait until you have everything in place so you can officially treat patients" I says going and hugging her until we both start laughing. After that we just talk about anything and everything. Around lunch time three servants come in with two trays of food and a pitcher of blood. They set the food and drink down along with glasses and plates. I eat a couple sandwiches and drink two glasses of blood.
" hey I should probably get going" Josie says before walking over and giving me a hug.
" be back soon alright" I say
" yeah yeah I will or you could come and visit me that would be fun and Veronica would love to see you again" she says and I laugh
" I'll come over a soon as Ezra's duty's calm down" I say and she gives me another hug before leaving.
" so want to walk around the garden I'm tired of sitting here" Ariana says and we both laugh.
" yes and we can talk some more" I say before we both walk out. During our walk we talked about how her and Dominick are getting along, and about Ezra needing to take some time out of his day to spend with our friends and family. Right as we get to the front door Ezra's car pulls in.
" you're home in time for dinner" I say happily waiting for him to be at my side.
" yeah Dominick and I called it a night and decided to come home" he says smiling down at me.
" good now come on" I say taking his arm and walking into the dinning room. As soon as we all sit down I notice two extra plates.
" are we expecting guest?" I ask Ezra and he shakes his head no. We both look around the room as if expecting someone to jump out and try to harm us.
" I do hope we're not late" I hear Alex say. I turn to look at the door to see Emily and Alex standing there.
" what no warm hello from sister to sister?" She asks so I decide to play along
" no none at all" I say
" you wound me my dear sister" she says before bursting out laughing
"sorry for being late we had to get a last minute babysitter" Em says before sitting down. After dinner Ezra and I decide to go to bed. Once dressed we both lay down and I cuddle up to his chest. Today has been a great day.
