How can I feel so alone
in a room full of people?
How can I feel so alone
in a mind full of thoughts?
How can I feel so alone
when people I love surround me?
How can I feel so alone
when I know there are people
just down the street who are
exactly like me?

How can I feel so alone
in this huge, always connected world?
Truth is, it's a lonely fucking world.
