chapter 2.Emily

My walk slowed, "people" like me have more energy but it runs out soon "come on just a little longer" I mumbled to myself.I walked up to one of the walls of the city in front of me.I placed my hand on the cold rough stone.my legs began to shake as they gave way I hit my head against the wall suddenly everything went dark.
Emily's POV
I hummed a song to myself as I walked back to the city.Mummy said I could walk outside the city for a while until I spotted something gleaming in the sun.I ran towards it and saw it was a girl at least in her teens,I looked down and saw the thing that was shining was a sword.I panicked slightly wondering if she was from the east but the way she was dressed didn't seem like she was from there she looked like she came from the west but I've seen that sword.... .I decided to get mummy.I ran off looking for her.

West's POV
I woke up not against the wall but in a house?I sat up and saw a little girl looking at the pictures in one of the "legends of corvent"
Books. "Hey uh kid what am I doing here?" I asked, she looked up at me "your awake!" She said excitably."Mummy was worried you were dead since your heart wasn't beating but she decided to see if you were,but I know why miss west"Wait...Ugh,the book she was looking at."yep guess you caught me"I said at least keeping a good mood with her.I got up and headed out the door,it lead to a small room with a table and at that table sat a woman,she noticed me "I'm glad your awake now dear"she said. I grabbed my sword and headed for the door "are you sure you'll be ok dear,when we found you,you were injured everywhere" I noticed the bandages on my arms and neck."how you are living with those injuries on your neck dear"I chuckled "guess you can say I was never born" she looked at me confused "of course you were Born" she said "I woke up....by the way thanks for taking care of me" I said as I walked out the door.where was I?
