Taehyung held a photo of him and Jungkook by the water fountain, he smiled at the memory they first met, he closed his eyes again, remembering that exact moment
Flashback
Five Years Ago
Taehyung walked through the park, not minding what was happening around him.
In the corner of his eyes, he saw a group of teenagers circled around by the water fountain, Taehyung shrugged it off as it was nothing but heard heavy breathing.
He turned back to the water fountain, seeing two boys were grabbing a young boy by his hoodie while urging him to put his head back in the water.
"P-please...stop..." the younger boy begged, gasping for air as he coughed out some water.
The two boys grabbed his head and placed it back to the fountain, seeing small bubbles forming on the water, meaning the younger was struggling to escape.
Taehyung ran over to them and punched one of the boy's, they looked at him in surprise, the younger boy brought his head out of the water, gasping for air while breathing heavily.
"Don't you know it isn't nice to get in someone else's business?" one of the boy's told me, I clutched my hand into a fist.
"I won't let someone like you hurt a boy like him"I spoke, the boy's laughed at me.
"And who are you to say that to us?" one of the boys mocked, I punched one of them in the cheek.
"I, Kim Taehyung. That's who."
"Surprising you have the nerve to defend a weak boy like him"one of the guy's looked over at the younger boy, seeing he stayed in place while looking down.
Another guy punched the younger boy in the stomach, hearing him groan in pain.
"Since you care about him so much, we'll leave you with him, we're done with him anyway" one of the guy's laughed.
They walked away, leaving Taehyung and the boy by himself.
Taehyung walked towards the boy, checking his wounds.
"I'm fine..." the boy mumbled. "I'm used to this..."
Taehyung shook his head.
"No, you're not"
The boy sighed.
"This happens to me every day so it doesn't matter" the boy shrugged.
"I'll be the one to protect you, I promise."
The boy looked up at me in disbelief, I gently stroked his cheek.
"When I make a promise, I keep it"I smiled, the boy slightly smiled back, showing me his bunny like a smile.
"Thank you-"
"Taehyung"
The boy nodded.
"Jungkook"
"Your welcome Jungkook"
Two Years Later
Taehyung held Jungkook's hand as he looked up at the sky, seeing clouds forming in the clear blue sky, smiling.
He saw Jungkook took out his camera and pointed it up at the sky, taking a picture, Taehyung smiled.
"Let's take one together" Taehyung suggested, Jungkook nodded, he pointed the camera towards himself and Taehyung, smiling, taking a picture.
He grabbed a photo that came out below the camera, handing it to Taehyung.
"Cherish this moment hyung. Forever"Jungkook smiled, Taehyung smiled back as he kissed Jungkook on the lips, causing the younger to blush madly.
"I promise Kookie"
Three Years Later
Taehyung sighed as his memory with Jungkook ended, he closed his eyes then opened them again.
"I know how to get him back." he smiled to himself.
