Zodiac sat alone reading an article about Erin Brockovich about the biggest case solved in America, Zodiac was really drawn into the pages and she was so determined to become someone like her so everyone would remember her for her hard work but she always got put down by the girls in the grade above her calling her~ "fat", "ugly", "worthless". So many words that she gave up...she heard the school bell 🛎 that rang in order to go home, so she packed up and walked to the door with her head down because her anxiety was triggering her. As she got out the door she gasped because she felt hot around all the pressure from the students bundled up next to her, her sweet friend called ivy ran over to her startling her "HEY! Zodiac I got a B on my exam which is great!!.....what's wrong? Is anyone hurting you? I'll fight them!" Zodiac looked up at her dark green eyes "no I'm fine....I'm just tired" she replied. Ivy smirked and walked away to her other friends without saying bye, Zodiac put her head down again and walked the 30mins back home 🏡, she put her earphones in her ear and listened to the song 'tomorrow by Echos'. She eventually arrived at her house and gulped before taking a step on her doorstep worrying if her mum was going to be drunk along with her dad like they are 24/7 but she had a second  thought knowing it's normal for her now. She walked in going past her dad sitting on the couch all drowsy managing to toss an empty beer bottle across the room hitting her across her arm, the bottle smashed and left a big cut on her arm near her elbow. She ran upstairs and ran into her bathroom, she locked the door, searched in the drawer for her blade that she used to self harm with, she found it and pulled the seat down on the toilet and sat there crying and cutting her wrists. She hoped she'd cut her vein but she didn't because she wanted to know that she could live for something better in the future than being stuck living with so much abuse.
