Zodiac woke up the next day to a rainstorm and the sky looked dull and dark outside, zodiac leaned up after taking a glimpse out her window and got a better look. She asked her parents if she could stay home because of the bad weather, "hey...mum can I maybe...stay in today because of the storm?" She held on tight to her hands as her anxiety was rising feeling anxious,"no..go to school I don't wanna see your face for 8 hours..now piss off!" Her mum replied as she went back to sleep again.
Zodiac nodded slowly and packed up and left for school, she walked to school with her head down listening to xxxtentacion- "everybody dies in their nightmares" she pulled a long face 😞 exhausted from all the depression she suffered. She arrived at school having to turn her music off but she hid her earphone behind her long smooth brown hair so they didn't see, she sat down in her first lesson *music* she sat next to a girl that was known to make fun of people for no apparent reason, few minutes later the girl said "zodiac looks like she was in the middle of the Great Depression and had no home, she's homeless and buys clothes from pound land!" Everyone laughed and zodiac felt the anxiety rush into her from the amount of embarrassment. She stood up and walked out the class releasing tears of shame, zodiac walked to the principals office and her principal 'mr oviri' let her in and asked why she looked upset. "My life's a mess and I can't take it anymore!" She cried, mr oviri looked at her whilst she told him everything about her life and what happened and he replied "since you've been through this do you suffer from anything?". "I have depression and an anxiety disorder and I self harm because of everything. "Would you mind showing your marks where you did it? If you feel comfortable?" She lifted up her sleeves and there were deep scars all over her arms up to her elbows. She told him how the pain releases when she feels a different pain that doesn't hate on her. Mr oviri rung her parents and called the police about it, however her parents made up stories which made mr oviri believe their petty lies. Mr Oviri doubted her and Zodiac looked up to see the disappointment on his face glaring down at her. Until she put in her earphones again and left the school unnoticed when she listened to jaymes Young's song~ northern lights. She felt a peaceful presence when she heard it and she smiled gracefully, she arrived home and walked in completely ignoring her parents and locking her bedroom door starting to pack away her things because she was planning on going away and living somewhere else.
