Edward's shirt was halfway unbuttoned and Madison's dress was pushed up to her thighs, almost revealing her underwear.

Giselle felt Lawrence standing behind her. She stared at them in disbelief. They were still kissing, apparently not noticing their presence.

"Wow. Why don't you just fuck her on the desk right now!" Giselle snapped. Edward turned his head in her direction and his face fell. His eyes widened and he gently pushed Madison off of him. Madison was smirking at Giselle while Edward just stared at her.

"Giselle! I'm so sorry! Wait, Giselle!" He called from behind her as Giselle stormed off. The tears that had filled her eyes had now spilled over. Giselle sniffled and hurried towards the elevator. She got on and quickly pressed the button for the main floor. She saw Edward running after her. Before the doors could shut all the way, he shoved his foot in between them and stopped them from closing.

"Edward leave me alone!" Giselle screamed. The doors shut behind him as he was now in the elevator.

"Giselle, it's not what it looked like!" Edward protested. Giselle scoffed at his comment. He was so full of shit.

"Really?! So you weren't making out with your ex-girlfriend?!" Giselle shouted. She was leaning against the wall of the elevator, sniffling occasionally.

"Yes but-" Edward said but was soon cut off by Giselle interrupting him.

"So our date tonight? Was that just so you could get in my pants? Was I just a temporary fling?!" Giselle screamed through her tears. Edward had asked her on a date and she now assumed it was so that he could only have sex with her. Edward Copeland was a known Playboy, not ever really having any serious relationships besides Madison.

"No! Giselle please, just listen to me!" Edward demanded. Giselle looked down at the floor and shook her head.

"If you want to date her again, by all means, do it. I don't care. Whatever feelings I had for you are gone. I've realized that if we ever had a relationship, it would only be for sex and I'm not that type of person...but you are." Giselle said. The elevator doors opened and she was on the first floor. She stormed out of the elevator and towards the front doors. She heard Edward walking behind her, trying to catch up. When her finally did, he grabbed her hand and pulled her back towards him, turning her around. Her lips suddenly crashed into his.

While Edward's eyes were closed, Giselle's were wide open. She furrowed her brows but as Edward continued to kiss her, she couldn't help but succumb to his affection. She gently closed her eyes and kissed him back.

After a few seconds, he pulled away from her and opened his eyes, staring at her green ones. Giselle's breath was hitched in her throat but when it finally came out, it sounded like she had been punched in the throat.

Giselle backed away and looked at him with confusion.

"I um have to go. Sorry." She said hastily before she turned around and walked out of the building. Edward just stared at her until she disappeared into the streets.

Giselle walked around back. Tears had once again spilled over onto her face, ruining her makeup. She wiped them away and sniffled. She was way in over her head. She was so in love with him but she was just setting herself up for heartbreak. Why on Earth would Edward Copeland love her? She wasn't hot and she could satisfy his needs the way he wanted. She wasn't rich and she was, by no means perfect.

Giselle climbed into her car and started sobbing. She let out a frustrated scream and began hitting her dashboard multiple times. She was so foolish to think that she could end up in a relationship with the biggest Playboy in New York City.

Giselle started her car and sped out of the parking lot, almost hitting another vehicle in the process. She pulled out into the street and raced home. Her BMW had a good amount of power to get her home within minutes.

Giselle pulled into her driveway and hurried inside. When she got inside, she dropped her purse on the counter and collapsed on the couch. She began crying and groaning at her recent problems.

She didn't know whether or not she should still meet Edward for dinner but after a few seconds of thinking, the answer was obvious.

The entire afternoon and evening, Giselle's phone was being blown up by calls from Edward. He occasionally left voicemails and texted a couple of times but it was mainly calls. During his most recent call, Giselle decided to answer it.

"What?" She asked as her voice cracked. She had stopped crying hours ago but when she saw his name or even thought about him, all of her emotions came flooding back.

"Giselle please let me pick you up. I'd still like to go to dinner. I'll even explain myself. Just please, let me see you." Edward pleaded through the phone. He sounded desperate and that put Giselle in a tough place. Should she trust him or not?

"Ok." She sighed reluctantly. She knew she would regret saying yes but she felt she had to take a chance. It would be her own fault if her heart got broken even more.

Giselle heard Edward sigh out of relief through the phone. A small smile dared to form at her lips but Giselle managed to stop it.

"I'll be there in five minutes." He stated before he hung up on her. Giselle stared at the phone for a bit before she finally realized what she'd done.

"I'm going on a date with Edward Copeland."
