13: Truth on impulse

The two couples stood infront of the 'Grande Parfait' dinner hall which was reserved for the party. It was elegant and obviously expensive, there are big windows on the front which makes you see the inside and you can see that people in beautiful expensive-looking dresses are already inside. Karylle stood beautifully and gracefully with her hair frenchbraided into an amazing looking loose bun, a red victorian-styled dressed fitted her body perfectly, pearls are hanging around her neck, and she's wearing black pumps to end the style. Holding Karylle's hand is Vice who's wearing a black blazer with a white polo that's half-way open, black dresspants compliment his long legs perfect, and black dress shoes to top it off. Beside them stood Vhong and Anne; Anne is wearing a short tight blue dress with white stilettos while Vhong is wearing a black suit with a blue tie to match with Anne.

The four of them look like sexy power couples together..

and they opened the door, knowing it. 

Everyone's heads turned around and you can almost hear nothing but silence as the attention drawed to the four of them.

"What's new?" Vice whispered to Karylle while a smirk plastered on his face and Karylle faked a smile to all the people looking at them.

Immediately, they saw Ding Dong and Marian. Karylle avoided eye contact and tensed up, Vice noticed and placed a hand on her waist and pulled her closer. Karylle hugged herself and kept walking, faking confidence.

"You're the most beautiful girl in this room.. and on this island." Vice whispered and Karylle looked up to him, smiled and rolled her eyes.

"V14, sweet words don't fool me." Karylle gave a small wink and gave distance between her and Vice but Vice kept his hold on her waist and Karylle didn't mind it.

Vice, Karylle, Anne, and Vhong were placed in a round table together. Soothing piano pieces played in the background, most people are standing and socializing but the four of them are sitting down, talking about what they're going to do. They're all wearing ear pieces and teeth microphone chips so they would all be able to hear each other. Billy is also connected to the earpiece and they have a CCTV installed secretly in the hall so Billy would be able to keep track of everyone. Vice and Karylle will try to socialize with their suspects and people to see if they can get information while Vhong will check the staff rooms and Anne will check the guest list. 

They all seperated and decided to go to work, Vice and Karylle went in the middle of the dance floor and pretended to dance while looking out for people. 

"So nandito si Ding Dong.. Marian, Toni is here too." Karylle said.

"And Soleen." 

"Soleen?" Karylle turned around to look at what Vice is looking and she caught her breath when she saw Soleen Heusaff, the daughter of the hotel that they're staying at. She's wearing a revealing black dress that shows her cleavage and is tight around her bottom to compliment her butt. Karylle stepped back, feeling intimidated but then she went back to her senses and tilted her head high. 

"Damn.." Vice whispered. Karylle looked at Vice and saw how dumbfounded he looked over Soleen and she felt a small burst of jealousy.

She took a hold of Vice's neck and faced them the other way, she pressed her body against him and went back to slow dancing.

Karylle took a hold of his chin and started pulling his face down to hers, "Keep it in your pants." Karylle said against his lips then let go of him and stepped off to walk away. 

Vice followed her behind while she goes to a long table where sweet treats laid down the table and a variety of drinks.
