All was going really good, it was 3 months now since Sammy had run away from home. Not even once had her mom call her to ask how she was doing. So she was surprise when she receive a call late at night from her mom.
“Hello” Sammy said
“Hello, may I speak to Samantha please” say her mom
“You speaking to her”
“Hey, Sammy It’s me your mom”
Sammy was so surprise that the only thing that she could say was
“Hey”
“I was calling because I have to tell you that your real dad had come back and he wants you to came back home so you can go live with him to Hollywood”
“WHAT I don’t want to go live with him, he left me when I was little so what could be the point of going back I’m finally happy living here and I don’t even know him so tell him that I don’t want to go back”
“Well is not a choice, is something you got to do. I already talk to Mrs. Flores and she already know what to do tomorrow morning, you be taking a bus that is going to bring you back home”
“But mom I don’t want to go back” she said crying
“I’m sorry Sammy but that’s what you have to do, good night now bye” her mom said
Sammy run to her room and start to cry. All night long she cries, she couldn’t believe what was going on.
The next day Sammy ate her breakfast in silence when she was finish she went to her room and start to pack her stuff. A moment later Mrs. Flores walks to Sammy’ room and sit on her bed.
“Don’t worry about anything Sammy, everything will be alright” say Mrs. Flores
“How can it be alright?” say Sammy
“Because I will always be there for you, so just give me a call if u need anything”
“Thank you for everything you done for me”
“Having you with me this past months, have made my life so joyful”
They hug each other for a few minutes then Mrs. Flores say “now come out you don’t want to miss your ride back home”
“Ok” say Sammy
They walk out of the room in silence and then out of the house. When they got to the bus stop they hug again and then it was time for Sammy to leave.
“Goodbye Sammy, it was nice to meeting you” say Mrs. Flores
“Bye Mrs. Flores” say Sammy
