The next morning Sammy woke up as early as she could. She got some clean clothes and went out of the tree house, she climb down then went to the river. The water was warm so she decides to take a clean herself with just water. When she was done she put on the clean clothes and wash the dirty clothes, she then took the clothes that she had wash and put it to dry. She start walking toward the town to buy the stuff she needed. When she was there she went to the grocery store and start her shopping, she got soap so they can take real baths and wash the clothes good. She got stuff she needed and bread, lettuce, three oranges, tomatoes, and the candy for September. While she was going to a counter to pay for her stuff she saw that mayonnaise was only twenty-five cents so she decide to buy it. It was a man who was in the counter; he was tall but was a little overweight.
“Good morning, what you doing up so early?” said the men who turn the volume of the TV down a little bit
“Good morning, my mom send me here to buy some of the grocery that she needed” said Sammy
“Tell your mom, that I said that is too early to be waking up a young child like you” said the men as she begin to see how much it was for the grocery.
“I sure will sir” said Sammy
“For everything it will be six dollars” said the men
Sammy took the money of the her pocket and handle the men the six dollars.
“Thank you for shopping with us today, come back soon” said the men as he turn the volume back up.
Before Sammy could leave the store she stop when she hear her name in the TV.
“The mother of the three girls says that the oldest one kidnapped the other two younger girls and that she begs her to bring them back home where there belong. If you have seen this threes girls or have any information on where they could be please call 1-800-342-453” the news reporter was saying.
Sammy got out of the store as soon as she could and run to the tree house. When she got their she saw that her sisters had follow her example by putting on clean clothes and washing the dirty one.
“Good morning, girls” said Sammy
“Good morning Sammy” they both say
“I have some good new and some bad news, which one do you want hear first?” said Sammy
“I want to hear the good news first” said September
“Me too” say Carly
“Ok the good news is that I got everything that we needed and that we have food for now” said Sammy
“What’s the bad news?” ask Carly
“the bad news is that mom is looking for us and that she got police men looking for us and our pictures are on the TV news so everyone will know how we look and if someone finds us we are going to get count and take back home” said Sammy making a worry face.
They were in the forest all by themselves for more than 3 days. Samantha could go to the store all a couple of times, but then a woman almost recognizes her, so she decides not to go to the store no more. They kill a rabbit in the third day, they were so happy about that. They ate the rabbit and drank water. One day while Samantha was hunting she saw a house in the forest. It was made of wood and look like it been there for more than 15 years. She got close enough to see that someone was inside cooking; it was a man in his mid-20s. She thought that he wouldn’t recognize her; her hair was longer, she went and knock the door. A voice came from inside the house.
