Ambers pov

"Amber baby, wake up. Time for  school" my mom called from the doorway of my bedroom. I let out a moan and rolled over pulling the blanket over my head "come on Amber, its pep rally day" she urged on. "It's gonna be fun baby. Listen you have a month left in middle school then you go to high school, just please get your lazy ass out of bed" she laughed.

"Great" I said sarcastically "I get to see all the cheerleaders shake their asses and all the guys try to pursue them" I said, my voice muffled by the blanket.  "Can't I just be sick today" I showed me face and faked a cough "see cant go into day, and the fever" puting the back of my hand up to my forehead "oh the fever" I looked at my mom with a hopeful expression on my face.

"Get up lazy"

"Fine" I groaned rolling out of bed, as my bare feet touched the cold wood floor, and I shivered at the cold air that suddenly hit my bare skin. I slept in a tang top and athletic shorts since it was alomst summer and nights got fairly warm.

I walked over to my dresser and pulled out a pair of Jean shorts and a crop top, with my white converses and headed into the bathroom to change. Before I got dressed I took a quick shower letting the warm water run over my smooth skin.  When I got out I rubbed lotion onto my arms and legs to keep my skin moisturized then I got dreesed. After that I brushed my hair and teeth. Put on some make-up, but not too much. And put my hair into a highpony tail.

I looked in my mirror and thought I looked good enough. I went over to my bed and grabed my phone and slung by backpack onto my back and jogged downstairs who already had mini muffins ready for me. "Thanks mom, I am going into town after school to study at the library" I yelled as I closed the door behind me. My mom is pretty chill so she does not really care if I stay after school.

I waited for about five minutes before tbe bus came so I went on Snapchat and sent streaks to all of my people. 'Streaks from your fav person' pleased with my snap I put my phone in my back pocket. When the bus finally came I climbed up the steps and walked to the back of the bus where my friend Lexi had saved me a seat.

"Hey lex, how ya doing" I asked her already knowing she was exited because it was in fact pep rally day. She always had school spirit but she has stage fright so she cant be a cheerleader.

"Screaming internally, I heard there is a secret surprise this year before we graduate" she spoke all in one sentance. " I wonder what it is, I hope they get us all puppies" she looked at me with aww and I could tell she was being serious.

"They are probably just going to get new water fountains Lexi, calm your tits" she looked at me like I was crazy " So what are you doing after school today, I was thinking bout going into town. Wanna come?" I asked already knowing the awnser to that too.

"I dont know, I have never gone into town without my parents" she spoke softly.

"Fine" I rolled my eyes "It's whatever" I said as the bus rolled up to the school and opened the doors for us to get off. I stood up pulling my backpack onto one shoulder and waited for everyone else to get off.

"Amber, Amber stop"

"No can do Lex, now get out of my way. I want a good seat for the pep rally, preferably behind the foot ball players" I sneered and walked off.

"Oh....ok, bye" she sounded hurt but I knew she would get over it. All I wanted was to have a little fun with my best friend, but its her loss.

5 minutes before the first bell over the intercom

Everyone please come to the new gym, everyone please come to the new gym.

As I made my way to the gym I had a few guys wolf whistle at me and touch my arms and waist. To be honest I was a little taken back at first but got used to it after the third time. I kinda got used to and was a little disappointed when I did reach the gym.
