STORY TIME!!

Okay so between these chapters, my ol' buddy, Time and I had a few words to share. He told me what exactly is going on. But when I tell you this I need you to promise that you don't tell that piece of trash James that he's sharing a body with the son of Time.

When James was a kid and talking to the walls and staring off into space, he was talking to Tommy. Now Tommy, as I just explained, is the son of Time. He wanted to defy his father and live in the mortal world for a while. Now when you're a being like Time, you're immortal, not completely invulnerable. So when Tommy said he wanted to be in the mortal world, Time told him he had to find a human to share or take the body from.

So a few hundred years later, he met James. They talked like the kids they were and they often played. Every day Tommy asked James for his body, but the child never fully understood. When James' parents did their whole, Hogwarts, I'm gonna try to save my kid but actually suck at parenting gig, they opened up their child's soul, allowing Tommy to slip in. *Insert dirty joke here* Now, even though Tommy was practically given the golden ticket to a mortal body with those ignorant parents doing their jazz hand, Latin phrase bull crap, it still took a tremendous amount of energy for Tommy to even get into, and co-own James' body and soul. So as Tommy finally took over his first body, James' consciousness was insanely stronger than his. Through this, Tommy could only speak to James through dreams and through his mind. Tommy never got the body for himself, but some traits of Tommy showed through, like the purple eye. However, through eating that absolutely disgustingly delicious monster called Hiran, Tommy got some power and Time gave James a consentual barrier so that Tommy couldn't take over James' body and kill him. You may also be wondering why the Hiran weren't in the last chapter. I'm not going to lie, as an author, I forgot they were even in this story, but trust me, they will be showing up fairly soon.

So in full circle with this whole  "Story time" bit. That's the true gift that Time gave to James, his life and co-ownership of his body. And Tommy is like the defiant child that Time wants to backhand and stab with a fork. But on a good note, Tommy does have a fairly modest reason to be in this story. So even though he may be trying to kill our main character and take over his body for all of existence, he has a vital role in our confusing story.

Yes, Tommy may be murdering innocent men with families as I explain this to you, but he is a good character I promise you. He just has a little too much blood lust is all. But now that you know all that, let's get back to our gory and absolutely amazing story that your kind hearted author has provided you with.
