Hey guys, sorry for not updating more like I said I was going to. It just seems to slip my mind and/or I tend to get busy. But I'm trying my best!

~*Zack's Pov*~

"Well, what do we have here?~" I asked playfully, closely watching as Astria struggled against the drunken human man. The man seemed to be completely shocked to recognize my presence, like a deer caught in headlights. Which only caused me to laugh quietly, I loved seeing such emotions from humans.

But my primary concern was Astria, I knew what the man planned on doing to her and for some strange reason...it made me angry. Maybe because I wanted to do those things as well, this man did not deserve to do those things.

"Z..Zack, what are you doing here?" Astria asked, slightly tilting her with as much confusion as the man. "Hey there doll face, I heard your voice and thought that should stop by to say hi" I said playfully, smirking at the frown she sent as I said that. 

"Hey man, we're a little busy here, scram kid" the man slurred, pulling her closer to him as he tried to place a kiss on her cheek.

"Get off of me you bastard!" Astria growled, trying to pull away from him. She managed to get on of her hands free as she quickly amplified it and slapped the living shit out of the man. 

'Holy shit, she possesses some strength' I thought as the man's face turned from the force of her slap, blood slowly beading from a narrow cut from her nail.

"You fucking bitch!" the man screamed, roughly pushing her away and drew back his arm. Aiming to punch her, but right before his fist could land on her. I quickly rushed right beside her, capturing the man's fist within my own and slowly crushed it.

The poor human screamed in pain as he tried to draw his arm back, but I wouldn't let him. I only hauled him to me as I used my other to grab his throat.

"Z...Zack that's enough" Astria said lowly, grabbing onto the arm that held the man. 'This man attacked her and was going to rape her. But yet she's defending him, why the fuck is that? or is she just too innocent?' I thought, glancing towards her. But I wouldn't release the man, and I wanted to kill him much to her dismay.

As my grip tightened around his throat, blocking any air from reaching his lungs. The girl yanked my hand away, nudging me back...'How the hell?!'

~*Astria's Pov*~

I gasped as I watch Zack's grip on the strangers neck tighten...the man struggling for air. 'He's going to kill him!' I mentally yelled as I grabbed onto Zack's arm, surprising pulling it away from the man and pushing him back.

Zack gawked at me with complete shock...more likely thinking the same thing. 

"I...I umm...Sorry for that...but I couldn't just let you kill the man...Just umm do something and leave him for the police or something..." I said nervously, slowly scratching the back of my neck.

He only stayed still, stayed quiet...which kinda freaked me out. But luckily after a whole minute. When James suddenly appeared next to me, snatching me close to him.

"Astria thank god you're alright. Are you wounded, are you hurt?, are you okay? Do I need to kill the man? Do I need-" before he finished his little rant, his attention was quickly turned to Zack as he noticed his presence. 

"What the fuck are you doing with her? I swear to god if you touched her!" he began. 

"Dude chill your balls. I saved your pretty little girlfriend" Zack mumbled as he straightened himself, sending a sly smirk towards us. "You should be grateful, if it wasn't for me. She would have been in such a mess."

James stayed silent, gazing down at me as he spoke through our bond. '"Is he telling the truth ash?' he asked, with me nodding my head in reply.

 A sigh escaped his lips before a low growl erupted from his throat. "I thank you for saving her when I couldn't. But from now on..."

"But Stay .away .from  .her," he said...a little to rudely and cold.

"James! Don't be so mean" I tried to say, but was completely ignored. Which provoked me to puff my cheeks, '"What is your problem with him?"' .....Again was ignored by him. 

"Aww but she's fun to be around. But is that what she wants? Or are you dominating her life?" Zack smirked, slowly crossing his arms as he glanced towards me along with James intense stare.
