 I'm very sorry for the long updates, I hope you all understand that i'm busy at times or just not in the mood to write lelel.

~Last Time on Blood Ties~

It was very quiet..besides the sound of a slow beating heart that no one could hear except for a vampire. It had to be hers. "Ash!"

The scent of blood grew stronger as I climbed up the stairs, following the heart beats and the scent to the only room of the second floor.

"Astria are you here!" I shouted just as I entered the room but quickly stopped and froze in place at the scene before me.

"A...Astria!?"

~*James's POV*~

The sight before had left me speechless...more of the less left me frozen where I stood.

There laid on the bed was Astria...naked and mostly covered in blood..her own blood from where her neck was bleeding.

I stared at her for what seemed like forever before running over to the side of the bed, gently scooping her in my arms. "A..Astria?" I softly called out, running a hand through her blood soaked hair. 

Her heart was weak from the blood lost. Her eyes slowly fluttered open, revealing her dull blue eyes..which was once filled with life and brightness. "A..Ash? w-who did this?" I mumbled as I laid my head against her shoulder. 

All I could hear was soft mumbles, she couldn't even speak; not even through our bond. A dangerous growl ripped through my throat. 'I will kill who ever did this..' That was until everything hit me...his scent, his dark odor.

"That fucking bastard!" I roared out, very gently laying my mate on the bed. Wiping away the blood from her lips and softly kissed her. Not only that he harmed her, but also raped her and drink from her.

Just as I finished cleaning my love's face, I heard a chuckle from behind me. Making me instantly see red. 

"Ah so you were able to fine us eh? No less from the prince. But to bad you arrived to late. See my little surprise? You know, that seal you had on her was hard to break. But I found a way. As you can see, I had to take her then bite the opposite side of your mark just as we are climaxing. Oh dear price she's wonder in bed. You shou-" 

I didn't even let him finish, I did not want to hear anymore that comes out of his filthy mouth. As quick as lightning I had him held in the air by his throat. "I will make you pay for what you did to her!" I yelled, my eyes slowly turning to their true bloody color. 

Zack seemed to not be bothered by anything I say, he only smirked as he grabbed onto my wrist. "Don't even bother dear prince. You grown weak since you left and you cant do a thing" he said before ripping my hand away from his throat. 

"What do you want with her!? she's just a human as well as my love. What could you possibly want with her?" I asked, glaring down at the red head. 

"Well honestly I was suppose to capture her and send her to a bitch in the council. But when I saw how sexy she was. I knew I had to have some fun with her~" he said showing off the largest smirk.

Those words echoed in my mind...'I was suppose to capture her and send her to a bitch in the council,  I was suppose to capture her and send her to a bitch in the council'  They only repeated in my head, only making me more and more pissed by the second. 

I released a loud dangerous growl as I bared my fangs, running to him. I sent a punch to his jaw then a kick to his left side. But he caught my fist and seemed to be unaffected by my kick. 

"Please, you could do better then that. Then again I just fed~" I hear him say, but right as he finished. I uppercut him right in his chin, sending him flying up an into the wall.

~*Astria's POV*~

Pain..pain is all I could feel, from my legs up. Finally Zack had finish his disgusting doing..but not without sinking his fangs into my neck. That was the most painful feeling anyone could ever feel. It was like my heart was literally being ripped out of chest. 

I felt someone touch me..I knew it was him, my James. Oh if only I could speak, he sounded so broken and lost. He picked me up in his arms and held me. The comfort I really needed. But soon the devil himself returned and James placed me back down. 

'No James! Please dont go!' My mind screamed as I heard the two vampires fight and argue. James couldn't hear me, not even through our bond because of the spell Zack did. I have to stop this, I have to help James..But I can't move, I cant do anything.

"Your not what you believe" a sudden voice said in my mind

'What? Who are you?'
