Wiping my my tears,I took off my teal jacket and packed it back into the suitcase. I folded it up and the put it right at the bottom of my suitcase. It was heartbreaking, he acted as if he loved me, he flirted with me, he wrote his name on my heart then burnt it after he was done using it. He acted as if we were a in a relationship then he ended it by saying I was his 'friend'. You know, assumptions and expectations they're partners in crime trying to break you down. As long as you don't expect then you're fine. I guess it was my fault, for I was the one that spent too much time dreaming about the both us together forever like the perfect fairy tales in those books. I dreamed of him being Aladdin and me as Princess Jasmine. If only fairy godmothers gave every girl a good relationship. Speaking of godparents you don't know what happened to mine...
My godparents were also love birds, only difference in my story and theirs was that their fairy godmothers had worked their magic and got them together. They got married after fighting with their families. They moved to Weltyn Rise and had my mother. They lived a peaceful life after that. My godfather was soon attacked by a cardiac arrest and he died, unable to accept my godfather's death and godmother inhaled carbon monoxide and died within seconds. Life is beautiful you know, some people are destined to be together whether living or dying, they do it together and my godparents were one of them.
After thinking of all this I fought the emotions that were about to explode and carried on packing, only because if you love something let it go, if it comes back to you it's yours, if it doesn't it never was. The whole thought of Leo leading me on and spoilt my day, to try and change my mind I decided to take Bailey on a walk. As I fetched his lead, he ran up to me and circled around my foot. You know it was nice to know that someone actually loves you for a change.
I walked out the house depressed. Two minutes later I thought, why should I let him ruin my life if that was his aim from the begining so I tried to divert my mind to something else. I plugged in my headphones and walked downhill. Walking downhill I saw the café we both ate at and walked in to buy a milkshake. Whilst waiting in the queue, I saw the table we sat at now occupied ith teo young lovers just like us. I prayed that the boy wouldn't let the girl infront of him down, because only I know the real pain of being a victim. The milkshake came and I took it to the till to pay. As I got the money out a boy dressed up as a yellow bunny waved at me and paid for me instead. I took off my headphones and the boy said 'Hi I'm Liam! and we work for the smile charity, its all about making peoples' day and making the world a better place' then he handed me a leaflet. I took the leaflet and put my headphones back on as I walked out I heard him shouting behind. I turned around to see the yellow- bunny-guy mouthing something, 'Huh?'
'Didn't quite catch your name!'
'Oh, Alya' I said trying to being sportive and walked out. It really doesn't help when a guy dressed up as a yellow bunny tries to talk you when you're in a bad mood. Note to self: dont to talk to yellow bunnies,
Walking through town sent past memories flying in my head. The golden temple, the bay, the café...

Walking back home I saw the yellow-bunny-guy (whose name I had forgotten) and hids group helping Mrs.Sheela our neighbour. Disturbed, I hastily walked home. I went home to mum making me a mug of warm hot chocolate and a platter of graham crackers, big fat marshamllows and chocolate squares. 'Smores?' I asked excitedly.
'YES!I know it is your favourite and it can be a time for us all to catch up!' said my mum. I took the mugs of hot-chocolate and mum brought the platter outside. We walked into the backyard to see it decorated with lanterns and dad working a big, open-fire. I sat between Mum and dad and we started toasting the marshmallows on a stick. 'This is so nice, we haven't done anything like this in ages!' mum said. I took the marshmallows off the stick and put it between two graham crackers and a piece of chocolate. I bit into it tasting the squidgy marshmallows, creamy chocolate and crunchy crackers. It took me away from my worries that were troubling my mind and enjoyed the moment with my parents...
