Time to start working. Chaotic days, sleepless nights and forgetting hunger and thirst became a routine. We used to wake up early in the morning and never slept before 1 a.m. We worked so hard that we forgot about everything else.

4 days later...

We were sitting in the living room, resting. Resting? Why? Because we finished our work in 4 days!!! We worked so hard that we finished it in minimum time. Now it's time to enjoy! We dedicated the next 2 days of our trip for visiting the village below and other villages around and shopping for souvenirs. But there was this one thing that we always did before going to sleep; watching a sky full of stories. Each star a story and each story filled with fascination.

2 days later...

We were leaving the next day. I know it was too early, but we had to go back to complete the written part of our project. So that night was the pyjama party! Truth or dare, music, snacks, drinks, dancing, and karaoke. A super fun night . . . at least that is what we thought.

The first round of drinks, music, and dancing started by 8 in the night. It was quite early for a pyjama party, but still. The dancing lasted for two hours.

"Let the first round of Truth or dare begin."

Hawk was leaning on a table and spinning a beautiful green coloured glass bottle on the table. The excited us went and sat down on the mat. But just as the game was going begin, a voice interrupted. "Let's play something else." The Unknown cut through our excitement. "Truth or dare has become too old." "So what do you suggest?" "I suggest we play this – Spiritix." The Unknown pulled out a board from a bag near him that I hadn't noticed earlier. When he placed it down, we saw that it had alphabets, numbers, a yes and a no inscribed on it. There was a circle in between with a coin placed above it. "We are not kids to play Ludo out here. Chuck it dude!" Hawk exclaimed.

But the Unknown replied with an excited expression, "It is not a child's play and you need guts to play this. This device is used to call spirits." We all burst out laughing hearing the 'supernatural' revelation. Musa, in between her laughs, said, "Spirits! Are you kidding us?" "No, I do not kid around about spirits", he said. We stopped laughing at once. He asked us again whether we will play or not. We replied it affirmative. He started telling us the rules. "I'll chant some words to bring the spirit. If it comes, the coin will start moving. Then we can ask anything to that spirit. It will answer our every question by moving the coin. Now let's play it. We will start with a good spirit." I asked him, "Why not a bad one? Are you afraid?" a smirk on my face. "I am not afraid, but it can prove to be very dangerous."

As he finished, he started chanting some words. Suddenly all the fire blew out. It was totally dark in that old mansion. As we were looking at the board, the coin started moving and stopped abruptly. We all were astonished to see it and my heart started beating faster. In a couple of seconds, I could see a smoke in front of me which turned into a human figure. I and Musa screamed badly. We all had goosebumps. We asked the Unknown what it was where it came from. But we got no reply and when we turned our heads back to the spirit, we couldn't see it anymore. The spirit had disappeared into thin air. Then suddenly we saw a sly smile on the Unknown's face and there was a spark in his eyes. I don't know how but that is the only thing I could recollect from all his expressions.

Hawk said in a scared tone, "Guys, is it just me .... Or ... the spirit has actually entered his body?" We, unknowingly, moved a bit back on the mat. "Ask! Ask whatever you want. I have been summoned to quench your thirst for knowledge." A voice, or rather noise, blared from the Unknown's throat. But it was not his. I gathered as much courage as I could and said, "We don't want to ask anything. We just want our friend back." "Don't you know the rules? Now that you have seen me, you will have to lose something, and it is a friend", he said with a sly smile on his face. "What? He never told us anything like this!" Hearing this, we all were in tears. That is when Musa asked him, "What should we do to get our friend back?" "Sacrifice your life!" he said and disappeared.
