going home (5)

i had gotten off my last ride and started moping. i was exhausted. "babeeeeee i'm tired" i whined to elijah.

"aww come here baby" he said squatting down motioning for me to hop on his back. as i jumped up i smiled to self kissing his temple.

i must have fallen asleep on the walk out of the park because when i woke up we were in the parking lot. i lifted my head off of elijah's shoulder jumping down now that i was awake.

i noticed that everyone looked super stressed. "what's the matter guys?" i said in a sad tone.

ethan and diego moved out of the way revealing a crashed car on a tow truck.

"what the fuck happened and who's car is that?" i said beginning to get nervous.

"that's my car.." ethan trailer off looking at the ground.

"oh i'm so sorry dude what happened?" i asked concerned.

"when some huge ass truck went by he took off my bumper. and since he couldn't find me he just called a tow truck and left when they got there." he spoke up.

"wow what an asshole i'm sorry" i said making a pouty face and bringing him into a hug.

i felt really bad so me being the person i am, i started thinking of solutions. and then...it came to me.

"heyyyyy how about y'all stay at my house tonight and we'll bring y'all home tomorrow. i've got an extra room and one of those dope ass pull out couch thingys. y'all down or no?" i said dragging out the no.

ethan, brielle, diego, and jess mall looked at each other and nodded. "we'll do it" they all said together, then laughing at how in sync they were with each other while speaking.

"yayyyyyy sleepover at maggie and ellise's houseeeeeeeee" i said getting overly excited at how fun my night would end.

after a long drive we finally arrived at mine and maggie's place. as we all walked through the front door i started giving our new friends a tour of our apartment.

i walked around showing off all the rooms and everything that you would normally show during a house tour.

then i got to the guest room and told them that they could all stay in there or someone could stay on the pull out couch.

"whoever stays on the pull out couch can't have sex though guys." i said earning nasty looks from my four new friends.

i laughed at their faces. "i'm serious." i said now changing my tone.

we had a series of competitions to see who would be staying in the room. the first competition was fortnite, which diego won. the second was beer pong, which brielle won so we needed a tie breaker. i came up with the idea of whoever won chicken so we made our way out to the pool.

"okay ready guys?" they nodded in response. "readyyyyy, settttt, gooooooo!!" they started pushing and shoving one another and turns out ethan and brielle won. but at least diego and jess weren't being sore losers.

it started getting late so we shared goodnights and hugs then separated off to our rooms.

i walked into my room with elijah behind me. he closed the door got changed. we crawled into bed and cuddled into each other. he kissed my forehead and drifted off to sleep.

it took me a little while to fall asleep because i was so grateful of my new friends and how great life was at the moment. i started hearing soft snores escape elijah's mouth and started falling into a deep sleep.
