It was past midnight, Alice and Jasper had headed back and Paul and Embry had taken Jacob while he was still asleep,
(Y/n) sighed standing up guessing Edward was probably worried, she had asked Jasper and Alice to not tell anyone she was back.
Taking one last look at the night time sky (Y/n) spead her way through the woods passing by millions of trees,
her nighttime vision easily helping her guide her way through them with ease, not once running into one.
Arriving a few inches from the door way (Y/n) instantly was hit with a blast of Edward's emotions, that's how their bond worked,
when they were close by they could feel the other's mood and heat their thoughts but they could also put up a shield that blocked their mate from feeling and hearing,
what they thought and felt. The front door was instantly flung open by a troubled Edward, his arms wrapped themselves around her waist pulling her in close,
"I am so sorry." Edward whispers, "I'm sorry for not telling you about the history between me and Bella."
After having time to herself (y/n) had a couple of hours to think everything through, she had over reacted a bit, and that was on her.
Nodding her head into his chest she allowed herself to breath in his scent and take him all in. "I'm sorry too."
"I won't let this happen again." Edward says now staring into her gold and (e/c) eyes with passion.
"Let's forget this happened." (Y/n) whispers out her lips leaning in closer towards Edwards, his doing the same.
"Alright."
Their lips connect with one another, pulling away breathlessly Edward whispers down at her, "Jump."
(Y/n) allows her body to jump and wraps her arms around Edwards neck as well as her legs around his waist.
