EMILY:
I was woken up by the baby crying
Emily:it's okay
I picked her up and put her pacifier in her mouth and rocked her to sleep but she wouldn't fall asleep

Emily:you hungry? Yeah
I walked to the kitchen and warmed up some milk she drank a lot of it as I was feeding her Anthony walked in

He was a state all sweaty his eyes were full of tears breathing heavy

Sophie:sit down
I pulled a chair out grabbed him a water and put ruby in her cot

I walked back to the kitchen where he had his head in his hands I rubbed my thumb on the back of his neck

Emily:it's okay I'm here
I'm basically the only one he will talk to for some strange reason but I promised rocky that I would be here for him I would be no matter what but I'm not breaking my promise

He put his head in my lap hugging my legs
Anthony:I miss her Emily she can't be gone she had so much of her life to live

I played with his hair
Emily:I'm sorry
Anthony:stop saying sorry it's not your fault
Emily:it's my fault though
He pulled his head up I walked to my cell and wiped my tears

Anthony:no you can't just walk away you gotta know that I know it's not your fault and it's not
Emily:I don't want to talk about this right now Anthony I'm tired you need a shower
He walked away I got into bed but couldn't sleep the memories from rocky giving birth and dying just replayed and replayed

I've never killed someone before i know Sophie basically finished it but still

Before I know it I fell asleep

I woke up to everyone talking I guess everyone was awake ruby was gone

My heart skipped a beat I jumped up
Emily:this is why I don't like leaving the baby alone
I said to myself and rushed out the cell I ran into tessas and Rockys cell they was gone

I was walking out as Chance walked in
Chance:what's wrong?
Emily:Ruby's gone I gotta go find her
Chance:don't worry Tessa and Sophie has took her around for a walk they thought you needed sleep and so did Anthony
Emily:Anthony?
Chance:yeah he's went out with Logan Jake and one of the new guys James and Harry just to find food
Emily:okay
I walked to my cell tied my hair into French plaits

I walked out and read a story with play group I saw Sophie and Tessa walk over with ruby

Sophie:we will take over this
Emily:no it's okay
Tessa:no we was gonna take the kids to see the eggs and teach them about chicks
Emily:I will take ruby then
Sophie:no I'm gonna take her to see the chickens
I rolled my eyes and got up I walked into the prison

I'm that person who can't sit around bored all day I just can't

Clare walked in
Clare:could you come help me with the food need to see how much we have
Emily:yeah

I walked in first then Clare closed the door I turned around and there was Anthony

I sighed and tried opening the door but it was locked

I started counting the food and what we have
Anthony:Emily
I ignored him he grabbed my arm and stopped me
Anthony:Emily
Emily:can you hear that?
Anthony:what?
Emily:there it goes again something what is non stop
Anthony:now that's unfair I want to talk
Emily:and I want to look after the kids and ruby go on with life but no to Anthony apparently I need rest
Anthony:you do you have looked after ruby
Emily:for one day I promised rocky I promised I would look after ruby for her
Anthony:well you have one day on one day off
Emily:I don't want that if I promised rocky I'm going to keep that promise especially after I killed her
Anthony:STOP!!!! Just stop you didn't kill her stop blaming yourself she wanted the baby to survive this world and her dying to let that happen she would you was the one to open her up but you didn't kill her so stop blaming yourself,okay?
I knew this was hard for him and I promised to look after him so that's what I will do so I had to agree
Emily:okay
Anthony:Clare you can let us out now
Clare unlocked the door Anthony left left as Clare and I counted the food and resources
