I woke extra early this morning so I would have time to do my hair and makeup. I never thought I would actually say or think those words. My hair was smelling really horrible, so I decided to wash it while I showered, and I plugged in the curling iron so it could be hot when I was ready. That took 20 minutes, because I sing in the shower. After showering I brushed my teeth, and dried my hair and skin.
With my towel wrapped around me, I sat down on my chair in my room. I used a pointy comb handle and made a horizontal line in the back of my head, and I clipped the the top part of my hair up, leaving the back down. I took small parts of the bottom part of my and clapped the curling iron on the edge of my hair section.
After, I did the top part. I couldn't believe what I had done. It looked amazing. I felt invincible, like I could do anything, even if it's just because I curled my own hair. It was quite an accomplishment for me. I didn't put on much makeup, I just did what I remembered Hanna told me, and it came out great.
I then got dressed in the outfit she picked out for me to wear. I had on a white shirt that had a picture of the effifel tower printed on it, a black tight high waist pants with a pair of black pumps. I took a look in my full length mirror, and I didn't recognize who was staring back at me. I looked hot. I grabbed my bag.
"Good morning sweety," She greeted me.
"Good Morning grandma." I said talking an orange from the fruit bowl.
"I see my words made you get tighter jeans, you look great honey." She said with a small laugh.
"Ha ha very funny grandma, and thanks." I replied. "I'm going to school now okay? I love you."
"I love you too." She called out as I headed out the door.
I walked to my bus stop, and waited for the bus. It came in 5 minutes, and when I stepped on all eyes were on me. It was the weirdest, and most awkward posistion i had ever been in my life. I began to feel self concious. I walked past all the staring eyes, and sat in a seat next to a guy with glasses.
In ten minutes the bus stop outside the school building. I was a nervous wreck. My hands were shaking, and my palms were sweating, which only happens when I'm nervous. Sigh. Time to get this over with.
I hopped off the bus and walked towards the building. I walked in the door, and started walking to the hallways. It was like a moive, where the popular girl walks in and all eyes on her. Expect I wasn't popular. As I began walking, people began to whisper and stare.
"Hey it's Ariana right? I need some help with my geography, maybe we can explore each other sometime." Some random dude said as I passed him. Pig.
"Ariana, looking good!" A pretty girl complimented me.
"Nice shirt Ariana, where can I get one?" A girl with blonde hair asked.
Suddenly, confidence burst inside of me, and I began strutting down the hallway towards my locker. Everyone was calling my name, and saying hi. It felt so weird. How did they know my name?
I took my books out of my locker and closed it. As I walked to class the warning bell rang, and people hurried to class, myself included. I walked in my History class and took a seat next to a guy with spikey black hair. The teacher began class, and I began to take notes. We got an assignment and someone threw a piece of paper on my desk. I opened it, and read it.
Would you go out with me sometime? It read. I looked over to see a guy with glasses looking at me smiling. I shook my head slowly indicating i didn't want to go. I wasn't really looking to date right now. The bell rang indicating the end of class, and everyone rushed out to the halls. As soon as I walked out I bumped into Harry, who was staring in wide eyes.
